We've dealt with Davis Tate in 10 King's Road, Reading in the context of our search for a family home in Reading. The main point of contact was, so far, Mr. Tom Bassett. We've come to appreciate Tom's customer focus, attention to details and reliability - across quite a few touch points: from booking appointments to viewings. Tom has always been helpful, even confronted with nearly impossible schedule such as mine and my wife's; always following up on his commitments - and trying to come up with solutions that would benefit us, the potential buyers. When he himself was unable to meet us for a viewing, Tom would pull in a colleague from Davis Tate. We rate very highly Tom's professionalism and willingness to walk the extra mile in his attempt to help us find our next home (and, in the process, close another deal for Davis Tate).

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who moved to her flat in Reading 3 years ago; we have been so impressed with the professional customer service and support from Davis Tate. From the very start, (Pandemic time) communications, via email or telephone have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Any small problems that may have occurred have always been followed up and resolved with a positive outcome. I have never felt undervalued, especially after meeting Luke Ingram our Property Manager who has dealt with an ongoing problem, in a friendly and reassuring manner. He arrived promptly and listened sympathetically. We are always kept in the picture, through the office team, landlord, property manager, I feel it is a three way process, and confident we shall be part of any decision.

I had great pleasure dealing with Davis Tate in Reading in securing our rental house. I worked with Suzanne Curtis, Clare Vernon and Philip Curtis who were all highly amiable, very helpful and seemed to really care about getting us in to our desired house. They did everything they could to smooth the way with the landlady and the referencing company, some of my references not being particularly straightforward as I'm due to go on maternity leave. Needless to say, we got the house, everything was signed online minimising the need to go in to branch and email communication was always effective. I would genuinally recommend the services of Davis Tate to others, having rented through other estate agents in town, we certainly had a far more professional experience. Thanks for all your help!

I have been using the landlord property lettings and management services of Davis Tate for almost 5-years now and have only had the best of service and experience. Jane Matthews is responsive and communicates effectively, manages the property and remedial items promptly. Overall providing a service that makes being a landlord from a distance easy and low risk. Sarah Saunders is efficient in the financial and accounting aspects of the lettings services - statements always on time, responds promptly to queries, ensures work orders are paid quickly, etc. Overall I sleep easy at night knowing the letting of my property is in "safe pairs of hands".

As a landlord I can highly recommend using Davis Tate to manage your property. I became an accidental Landlord when I met someone and then let out my former family home. Davis Tate have been looking after my home for nearly 5 years now. My property manager is Bethany Griffin and she is doing a fantastic job. All matters are dealt with promptly and I get regular management visits with a comprehensive report with photos of my property inside and out. I do not have to worry about any new legislation as Bethany informs me of anything I need to know or act upon with plenty of notice. All repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently. Communication is key as I no longer live locally. I would not hesitate to recommend Bethany and the rest of the team that deal with my property.
