Having looked around the Reading property market for a little while and made several enquiries, it is a breath of fresh air to deal with someone well informed, who is also courteous.

GoogleI enjoyed my stay in the flat with Davis Tate Estate Agents in Reading. The staff were always helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or problems we had. I would definitely come back to them. Our property manager Jane was also a helpful Property Manager and always assisted us. I can only further recommend Davis Tate!

We didn’t have an easy transaction due to issues out of our control, however, Richard & James were both amazing at communicating, honestly and thoroughly with us throughout the process. They were also very patient with me contacting them constantly for updates which I was always very appreciative of. GoogleI had just now brought property through Davis Tate, my entire experience was so smooth. It started from the sales team, there is excellent salesperson called Colin Jones, who has managed the deal, he was very transparent and helped me on offer acceptance. Once that was done the Rebecca W has tracked the progress of the sales till last date of completion. They are very professional and helped in this journey from start to end. I am very glad with this team.

The agency as well came up with many options of houses of our needs and I would really recommend using their service.
