Two properties I had chased about renting one of which I chased for 3 weeks kept being told they had the wrong keys then I get an email saying let agreed now the same thing this morning been chasing about a property told by the sales team they are short staffed on the lettings side of things that's why they never answer the phone but then I get an email saying let agreed on this other property I've been chasing. Not even the manager has got back to me!

Besmir Polamani, who is supposed to be the property manager does not know what is going on and if it wasn't for my continuous emails he would've just disappeared. shame.
