GoogleGreat Service! Been using them for the last 4 years to rent various different houses over student life (Think I'm on my 5th house from their listing so far, and this one is the best yet!).
They Professional and they will actually help you out in a jam: I remember one time we had a problem with a landlord being absolutley rude and not agreeing to fix anything in his house - Cintra, after not being able to reason with him, just helped us get out of that house (even got us a van) and moved into another one within 24 hours!
Totally recommend using these guys!

GooglePossibly one of the most unhelpful and unprofessional agencies I have ever dealt with in all my life. Words cannot express how disappointed I was with the customer service that was bestowed upon us. Their office is shoddy and unwelcoming, which is more that can be said about their manner. We were constantly put under pressure to agree to take various houses that were not up to scratch, and we were constantly being shown houses that were not suitable for our needs. Their sales tactics boarder on pressure selling, and they feel that just because we are students they can pull the wool over our eyes. The man who was showing us around houses was rude and was making sweeping generalisations about current tenants which made everybody in the party feel uneasy and unwelcome.
Indeed Cintra Estates should be used in universities as a case study for poor institutions.

GoogleIt seemed like we were an inconvenience for them, and they rushed around trying to pressure us into a rubbish house by saying things like 'oh that one's just gone, see its like that' 'another estate agent is about to take this one, but we can get in there first' and constantly telling us how few houses there were left. The prices on the windows differed to those told to us inside, and also most of the window houses were not available. They rushed to the door as soon as they saw us, and were just generally unfriendly. I will be telling everyone to avoid them in the future. I'd say space were much better, very friendly and honest about things. The first house we saw with space was the one we chose. It seems like Cintra show the worst houses first because they want to get rid of them.

GoogleVery incompetent! my housemates and I had to repeatedly contact Cintra Estates over a number of months after £675pp worth of deposit was not given back after our tenancy agreement ended. We did not violate our tenancy agreement nor did we have any unpaid bills. I was very unimpressed with their response to the situation as I was told "out of curtesy" they would help resolve the issue. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

GoogleI wouldn’t even give a one star but i am forced to in order to give this review. As a student tenant i wouldn’t recommend to use CINTRA. Our landlord has harassed us for an entire year, forcing us to make out of contract purchases for things that are out of our control and are actually in their care. If you want to save money and your sanity do not rent with Cintra.

GoogleI have been staying with a property managed by Cintra Estate in Reading for the last 4 years. I would love to recommend all the good tenants as well as students specially to go with the Cintra Estate as they are very honest, trustworthy & they are very committed towards their customers & always look after them. They try to evaluate always reasonable amount within the budget of the customer so that tenants are happy.

Googleoh me oh my! what can I say? I have to nice right?.. In all honesty we haven't had any issues with Cintra Estates at all, they have been very organised and very friendly to us girls, even though we came to them last minute. Our estate agent is lovely and he knows his stuff when it comes to squats.. Such a lovely bunch of people and have no regrets with anything :)

GoogleEasily the most straightforward and up front agents in Reading. Compare their incredibly reasonable rates to places in town charging huge fees for anything from references to guarantor checks and it's a no-brainer.
The boys at the office have a good portfolio and can update you if something comes available that they know you need. Don't even bother with the other places in town, especially if you're a student. Great place.

GoogleKind and helpful staff, have used them for our current house which is great. As a student who didn't know the process of going through the motions of renting a house, all the paperwork and steps were explained well. For next years house, they were able to knock the price down by £20 per month which makes a huge difference to our bill over the course of a year. Cheers Chaps!

GoogleMy friends found a house through Cintra which we all really liked! I had to edit my review because closer to the time of moving in we realised that cintra made crucial mistakes which had to be solved my the landlord.

GoogleExcellent range of houses for all sizes, been with them the last 3 years and very pleased with the service. As a student they made the experience easy and less scary to handle at first. They were clear with paperwork and what was required and understood our budget and what exactly we were looking for, would highly recommend based on their huge range of houses and the level of them.

GoogleGreat experience with cintra, viewed 5 houses - driven to each house by Benji who gave us tours and informed us fully of each of the houses. Decided on one house during this trip and we were able to put down a deposit and secure the house within 20 minutes of deciding - great service, have used cintra in the past and would use again 😊 …
