GoogleCintra Estates is free for students which is a huge attraction. The staff are friendly and welcoming and, when showing you round a property, are truthful about it. They provide helpful information based on what you are looking for. Each of their properties are well furnished and close to the university campus.

GoogleExcellent viewings from these guys. Tom (estate agent) was really helpful at showing us properties. And we was able to put a deposit on the day. Great job! 👍PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery poor service for students. They do little to no help in upkeep of the house. We had no hot running water for nearly a week and they had no desire to solve this issue. Avoid avoid avoid!

GoogleSome of the most awful customer service I have ever experienced - two employers were very rude and no one seemed to know what was going on at any point. We were promised things that didn't deliver and we were blamed. Do not whatsoever let a house from here.

GoogleTom helped us enthusiastically. Their boss solved the problem very quickly. If you settle the bills of your house and clean the house roughly, then the deposit matter will be sort out. So this is the best rental agency in Reading.

GoogleWould highly recommend these estate agents to any first year uni students looking for their own accomadation for second year. Really polite and helpful estate agents especially benji who helped us find the right house within budget and helped us with any problems we had :)

GoogleWe cannot thank Cintra Estaes enough. We found our house through Cintra Estates last year - they manage it and have been helpful and responsive dealing with all issues as quickly as possible. This is why we are signing up for another year with Cintra !

GoogleWere very helpful, we were greeted warmly and they sorted out a really messy situation for us involving multiple people dropping out of a house. Plus we weren't charged a penny in fees (Sometimes being a student is awesome) Would recommend them to any student.

GoogleI'm happy that me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to fall into Cintra Estates and most specially on Benji who find us the best house that we lived in the past tree years. I highly recommend them.

GoogleMy daughter has been a tenant with this company for a couple of years in two different properties. The guys in the office have always been helpful and friendly, and have answered a number of different queries and I would recommended them.

GoogleStaff was wonderful to work with and helped me find a replacement tenant for my flat. When I was not available they were more than happy to help the replacement tenants view the property. Really appreciated the help.

GoogleMost horrendous letting agent I have ever come across , never responds to emails or phone calls , openly admits to putting money before core values, fails to respond to complaints. Making my families life hell
