GoogleIn our 3 years at Reading University We have tried all of the student agencies in Reading and Cintra Estates gave us the best service. They helped us find a great house and organised for us to meet the landlord which other agencies failed to do. This was important to us as we had problems with previous landlords. Thank you Cintra Estates we happily recommend you :)

GoogleCitra have gone out of their way to help me find another copy of my tenancy agreement from over two years ago that I needed urgently. They arranged for the former landlord to bring the contract and then they emailed me the scanned document. All this happened within a just few hours of me inquiring if they have it. Extremely helpful and great customer service!

GoogleKind, helpful, understanding and every supportive team. As international student this is exactly what one needs to settle down in a new place. University accommodation is limited, but it is good to know there is somewhere else one could run to. The team's support does not end with securing accommodation, it goes right through to the end of one's contract. Your support is highly valued

GoogleCintra Estates were so helpful for me and my friends in finding a 10 bed house which we had been finding extremely difficult with other estate agents. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in taking us to house viewings and helping us to secure our house for next year. Would definitely recommend Cintra Estates for looking for student housing!

GoogleReally good service, friendly and easy to get in touch with. Let us look at as many houses we wanted, and patiently helped find the best house for us. When we did pick a house, Cintra called the landlord who kindly put the price down into our price range. So far they have made everything simple for us! I would definitely recommend.

Googlemost useless company i have dealt with, ask to speak to commercial agent and he/she is never there, doubt they employ one, email them, no reply. say they will call back when you phone, no call. say they will pass on a message. doubt that happens to. never deal with these people. dont waste your time or energy

GoogleThe company was extremely rude and rented out our house over the summer without letting us know. We were forced to change houses at very little notice. They also failed to clean the new house and there was even a leak from the bathroom, that caused the kitchen ceiling to crack. Never going with this company ever again!!!!!

GoogleCintra is nice, but the property they found us is horrible. We moved into a filthy house with previous tenants things still lying around including food. Nobody even bothered to clean the house before giving us the keys. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. No acknowledgements even if we report the issues. I would never get a property from them ever again.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking company. Would not respond to maintenance calls. The issues got so bad we had to get environmental health involved. Asked for an extortionate deposit (£3500) for 5 people. This was paid in November (8 months before move in day) and we still haven’t received anything back. DO NOT USE.

GoogleGood that there are no student fees, but was asked to write a review as there were several "fake" bad reviews on here bringing the overall rating down. They can be helpful, but are very badly organised and are constantly contacting my housemates asking for paperwork we handed in and first months rent we paid months ago!
