GoogleFinding a house with Cintra was really easy, the viewings were really quick and when we decided the process was quick and easy. Shout out to Amar for making the whole process fun and a lot less daunting with his car rides and music taste!

GoogleUsing Cintra Estates was a great experience, professional however very welcoming and easy going. Our Agent Tom was a wonderful person to work with, being hilarious, informative easy to talk to, he was great for receiving and answering questions honestly and clearly. 10/10 top service.

GoogleAmar was very helpful and was able to secure us a house very quickly. Tom found us the 4 bed we wanted within one trip of viewings and the lack of fees for students was a bonus. Overall I would recommend again!

GoogleShameless and callous company and if possible, avoid. The agents and director are friendly enough upon first meeting, but this is a facade and their ambivalence to student welfare soon becomes apparent. They will likely attempt to keep your deposit and if you do not hound them for months they will succeed. Luckily for the most part we dealt directly with the landlords, but every interaction we had with Cintra was drawn-out, unprofessional and wholly unpleasant. Their agents often failed to inform us about veiwings - letting themselves into the house without permission - and were frequently very late. Neil even lied to our landlords about us (in an attempt to convince them we were uncooperative), but thankfully they trusted us enough not to believe his underhandnded tactics. The listing for our property included incorrect information and photos from other properties. Our landlords made Cintra aware of this, but they failed to make any changes for months, prolonging the time spent searching for the next years tennants. During the veiwings, the agents were unable to answer the most basic questions about the property and my housemates and I often took over. The agents would often claim that our furniture and TV came with the property, even after being corrected many times! Ultimately, I am not sure how this company continues to operate in such a way. Our experience was gentler than many, but this was enough for us to come to completely despise them and their business practices.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProfessional and friendly service! I needed to rent over the summer and they managed to find me a decent and affordable place. Bilal showed me a variety of places and gave me an option to choose. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently!!

GoogleWe had a very nice experience with cintra team.. ie , Asif sir, brother Bilal, Eesa and Abdur Raheem.they all are very nice and helpful. Asif sir is a great man. He did not only help us find accomodation but also made sure to have a better and suitable area with everything neat and clean.. God bless cintra team. Amen.

GoogleReally terrible estate agents. They don't respond to emails/calls, nothing ever gets done, they charge exorbitant amounts for rent and deposit. On top of that we caught one of their 'cleaners' (really just some guy who undoubtedly had connections to people at cintra) smoking weed in our garden when he was 'cleaning' the property. They also seem to be paying for google reviews. notice that the most recent 5 star reviewers all say pretty much the exact same thing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE FAR WORSE THAN ANY ESTATE AGENTS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

GoogleThey advocate the company ‘Ridgemoor Properties’ which looks after the house on behalf of the landlord. This sister company is appalling with their service, and took 3 months for us to recieve our extortionate deposit back, after many ignored calls and emails. In the calls that were picked up we were told on various occasions that our deposit would be returned by a specific date, which obviously never occurred. Coincidentally our deposit was returned when we rang Cintra to complain about Ridgemoor Properties, stating that as an advocate of the corrupt company, we will also be taking them to court too. This company is full of sharks- do not use.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS Save yourself the time and stress and do not go with Cintra Estates! The landlords they work with at Ridgemoor properties are absolutely impossible to get in contact with are have no idea what they are talking about when they do decide to answer the phone. We heard excuse after excuse and counless contradictory statements regarding our extortionate house deposit which took us 3 months of pure hell to get back! The most unprofessional and rude staff we have ever come across. Mr. Khan patronised and talked down to my housemates and I when we demanded action taken about our deposit, acting as if he was doing us a personal favour by looking into our case and saying 'you students can't tell your head from your a**'. NEW STUDENTS PLEASE AVOID!

GoogleCintra Estates and Ridgemoor Properties are honestly the worst two companies (possibly one because Ridgemoor doesn't seem to exist anywhere), I have ever had to deal with. They took just about three months to give back our deposit, every time we phoned up we were given a different reason and a different deadline for the money being returned. Every other time we phoned up they ignored us. We know this because we would call up on other numbers and they would answer straight away. During our tenancy they would take weeks to come out and fix things (three weeks for a washing machine), (never came and fixed the ivy growing in my room despite telling everyone that came round). In a recent meeting my flatmates were told "students can't tell their head from their arses". I found the members of the establishment to be extremely helpful until we moved in to the property, after which it was difficult communication and no help at all.
