GoogleWe had viewings with Mr Khan. We came in really last minute and had a viewing for the last three houses in one go by the next day. He gave us honest reviews and an hour and a half later the house was ours. We are very happy with our decision and could not have done it this efficiently without him. many thanks

GoogleWe had a really good experience with Cintra estates today. Amar was extremely helpful in finding us a good property, going above and beyond the standard service you would expect. He even walked 10 minutes for us. I would defiantly recommend this establishment for any students who are looking for housing as you do not have to pay any student fees. The prices for housing are also very reasonable unlike other establishments.

GoogleBrilliant service from these guys, we booked house viewings yesterday and have come away with 2 lovely 5 bedroom houses almost next door to each other today. Almost certainly the best company for student housing in Reading. Special thanks to Tom for taking us around the houses so quickly and Amar for sorting out all of the paperwork and just generally giving us a good time!

GoogleWalked into the Cintra Estates office today looking for a house for me and my flat mates, as soon as I asked about the houses available the associates at Cintra were very welcoming and found us the perfect house and we even had a viewing within the same hour! Everyone at the Cintra office was very informative as, being a student we are all relatively new to the property market, but the associates at Cintra were very helpful! Highly recommend 💪

GoogleAmar was very informative in helping us secure our house. We thought that the free mini bus service when showing us viewings was very useful and appreciated on a cold winter night! Amar was really friendly and we felt very comfortable signing a contract with Cintra. No student fees, what a bonus! (From all the girls who made you stay late, sorry!)

Enthusiastic and friendly staff (especially Benji, Tom and Amar), explained everything fully and made sure we didn't leave unsatisfied, with student houses going very quickly they were more than happy to help us find one right for us! Very happy with the service we received, no fees for students too! 5 stars just isn't enough!!

GooglePlease I beg of you, if you are a new student at Reading, AVOID THESE LOT AT ALL COSTS! We went there not suspecting the pure vicious and criminal behaviour these lot elicit. They undermine everything you do, they refuse to help if you have an issue, they took our deposit and it took us 6 months after the usual date to get it back after the 12 month tenancy. They are AWFUL. 1 star is actually almost too nice to these thugs. They will lure you in as a naive first year student and undercut you completely. Keep your wits about you, avoid these guys, and use a better estate agents like Student Space, or Westgate, or Adam’s!! Coming from a 4 year masters student who used Cintra idiots in first year. Ps… these guys effectively entered my friends home without any warning or permission or 24 hour notice which is illegal…

They have the best deals for students compared to all the other estate agents and were really understanding and reasonable about our individual situation with payments. GoogleI have rented a property through Cintra and had the worst experience ever. They are completely incompetent cowboys that messed up our contracts and move in dates. We didn't have anywhere to live for 2 weeks and they didn't even apologise or try to make it right. The guys in their office can't speak English properly and are extremely rude and unprofessional. They made our lives a living hell from their shoddy work with the contracts. They also play games and say they're fixing thing with the landlord but in reality hadn't even spoken to him at all. Avoid Cintra at all costs - there are many other agents offering a far better service that won't leave you homeless.

GoogleSecond time going to Cintra for a house - would definitely reccomend! Tom is a friendly and genuine guy. Really like dealing with him and you know he’s out to get the best for you. Ask him about the fat moth in his bathroom - brilliant story!
