Shannon made the process incredibly stress-free, something I have never experienced with any house sale or purchase! Shannon at Ryder and Dutton was fantastic in managing the sale of our house to say the least. Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon, who always phoned with updates as promised meaning that we were assured and confident about how things were progressing the whole time!! I would strongly recommend Ryder and Dutton of the back of the service we received from a Shannon. Shannon was an excellent communicator throughout the process and kept us updated on every element of the sale on an extremely timely basis. This was of particular help to us as we were outside the U.K. for the duration of the sale. Shannon's knowledge, advice and management in sourcing contractors to carry out some necessary works to the property was priceless and ensured we kept enjoying our holidays. Shannon's very likeable and sincere personality shone through from initial discussions to completion. I have had my property managed by Ryder & Dutton for the past 4 years. With living in a different part of the country I needed a Letting Agent that could manage the property and be trusted. In that time I must say that they have been reliable and professional and have kept on top of any issues that have arisen. I have received pictures of all rooms when inspected and if I have had any questions Rachael, Sarah and Wendy have either emailed or phoned me back. After having the property in the hands of another Letting agent previously who let the property go to rack and ruin and subsequently costed me thousands of pounds to put right I can honestly say that not all Letting Agents are the same and there are very good ones out there and Ryder & Dutton are one of those.
