First got a mortgage through Andy 5 years ago - great service. In that time our financial situation has changed and Andy has given me some great advice (often at no cost). Current mortgage was due and I didn't think we could get a new mortgage because my wife didn't have enough years accounts for her business but Andy got us a deal that saved us £155 a month including reviewing our b&c insurance (that's on a 110k mortgage) even though our credit score isn't great. All this and I didn't have to leave the house! So pleased to have met Andy - he explained everything in easy terms to someone like me who is clueless about money. He has since helped our daughter and partner apply for a mortgage even though they didn't think they were eligible. Have a chat with him - he's not some pushy salesman. He just tells you what's on offer to help you make informed decisions. Highly recommended. GP

Recently sold our house with the help of Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall. We thought that the initial valuation was a little too high, and it was a bit frustrating initially as we had a few last minute cancellations of viewings. However once the house was under offer, Roisin and Shannon at the Rawtenstall office were extremely helpful, very proactive and communicative. They liaised between us and the vendor and kept us up to date with progress at all times. Very happy with their service and efforts to get the sale completed smoothly. Thank you!

Ryder & Dutton have looked after my property generally efficiently and without fuss. That changed this year when a problem tenant gave a host of problems, eventually requiring them to be legally evicted. R&D were very helpful throughout the process and made it much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. Sarah Green in particular was very attentive, keeping me informed throughout the operation and organising the various workmen to get the property back to an occupiable standard. i have now moved back into the property myself, but if I ever decided to let again in the future i would have no hesitation in using R&D again.

We have been dealing Ryder and Dutton for 4 and a bit years now as our landlords letting agents and must say they have on the whole been polite, professional and courteous. The 2 ladies in particular we liaised with are Racheal Howard-Cofield and Sarah Green. Both these ladies have been brilliant with us Racheal in our 1st years of tenancy was a joy to contact always prompt and so very helpful always. Sarah who has been our liaison for the last few years has also been brilliant. Any problems we had she has tried her best to get sorted out for us and has always been very understanding and patient with us. She was also extremely prompt with the references we need for our new abode, which we appreciate greatly thank you. She has also been lovely to talk to and is really a credit to her company. We wish them both and all of Ryder and Dutton the best going forward now we are leaving our current home for pastures new. Definitely would recommend working with these lovely ladies in the future. As the buyer in the transaction, I was impressed by Katie, Freddie and Libby's professionalism. We would never have considered the house were it not for Freddie knowing his seller's objectives. The team was courteous and responsive. Katie, despite being on the sales team, remained involved every step till completion. A clear mark of someone who cares about the whole process. We never felt bullied or pressured. They were diligent in chasing on behalf of the seller but knew when they had to work with the buyer to ensure smooth completion and when they had to step in to hand hold the seller. Would recommend.

I am new to the area Rossendale and I was nervous about moving there. However dealing with Ryder and Dutton has completely put me as ease. I had been dealing with Rachel over emails since my interest in the property. She was fast and friendly with her replies and everything was communicated over email as I work shifts and it’s not always practical to speak on the phone. She replied as soon as she could and ensured a fast and smooth move! Sarah came to welcome me to my new home and handover the keys. She made me feel completely at peace with the property and went through all the paperwork efficiently but made sure I totally understood everything, and reassured me if I needed anything else that I could always contact her!! I recently experienced an issue with broken stairs to the entrance of my home. I immediately sent an email to Rachael in the evening as it was late and first thing the next morning I already had a reply to say she was handling it immediately and also was kind enough to check if I was ok. I deal with Ryder & Dutton exclusively for my rental properties and their service is always excellent. All the staff are great, but Sarah and Rachael have stood out recently at the Rawtenstall branch in sorting out a few situations for me after having a tenant who'd let us down with regards to their treatment of a property. I've been able to deal with the turn around and future plans for the property at arms length due to how helpful and diligent they have been. Highly recommended and I will be working with them for the foreseeable future.

My wife and I have recently rented a house via Ryder and Dutton. We were very well looked after by Sarah and Rachael who guided us through the process and supported us in doing all that we needed to. I communicated with Rachael regularly via email and she was brilliant, professional and friendly. Sarah showed us around the property, completed the inventory and welcomed us to the property on move-in day. Sarah's warmth and excellent customer service makes you feel at ease and as though nothing would be too much trouble.
