GoogleExcellent service from everyone at the Rawtenstall Branch who helped us to sell our property. The valuation from Graham was perfect and the team worked really hard to find the right buyer and ensure the sale went through smoothly especially Shannon Laycock who managed our sale. Thank you so much to the whole team and to Shannon we couldn't have asked for better service.

GoogleI purchased a property through Ryder & Dutton and it was Jack who dealt with my file. He was very thorough with his responses to any questions I may have had throughout the sale process. Where Jack may have been out of the office all the team seem to communicate internally which was excellent; such a proactive and professional service! Every question I raised I got an answer either immediately or in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t need to make contact as I was called or emailed regular (but not being a nuisance like some firms can) keeping me in the loop with useful information and updates which helped push the purchase through. I would recommend this branch without hesitation. Thank you very much!!

It was no surprise that you had multiple offers and a swift completion. It was lovely of you to refer us to your friend Hava, whom we were also pleased to be able to assist. There is nothing better than a positive referral, from a friend. The damp was initially a challenge, but with the right skills, knowledge and attention, it was relatively easy fix. GoogleWe changed to Ryder and Dutton when we failed to sell with another firm. We were instantly a lot happier better photos were used and better marketing. We sold shortly after the changes they made. We dealt a lot with Roisin who was very professional. Really easy to get hold of and returned messages quick if missed each other. As she dealt with both the sale and our new purchase she kept is fully updated. The chain took a while to actually go through and she was always very positive throughout. GoogleWe have recently completed on the sale of our home. We previously bought the house through Ryder & Dutton and, because of the service we received last time (also from Shannon), we decided to use them again. Graham did the initial visit and valuation. When we had agreed on the terms, Shannon took over. From day one the service was great and Shannon remembered us from the purchase (3 years before). When we found our new home (early in April) our aim was to try and best the stamp duty deadline of June 30th. This was ambitious but Shannon helped us every step of the way. Keeping in regular communication with all parts of the chain, printing documents for us and was always quick to respond to queries. Hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon but, for anyone looking to sell, I’d recommend the Rawtenstall branch of Ryder & Dutton and specifically Shannon. Thanks for your help.
Hi Tom & Sophie, Firstly I would like to thank you for coming back to us to sell your property. It really does mean a lot to have dealt with the purchase for yourselves 3 years ago (how time has flown by!) and then to go on to assist you with the sale. The fact that you have come back to us gives me such satisfaction that you were happy with your experience the first time round and to then come back a second. I would be more than happy to go for a third round but I guess I haven’t had to move a whole house as well as manage the dog. I wish you both well and hope that you have settled in to your new home.
