GoogleI've rented 2 properties through R&D over the last 5 years and find the team at Rawtenstall excellent. I would say that wider R&D are not very helpful on the rental side, but Rawtenstall fight your corner and get the best outcome. Sarah in particular has been brilliant to deal with and her problem resolution skills are first class. Maybe some in the wider R&D teams need to take a look at how Sarah sorts stuff out first time and is balanced for landlord and tenants. Others talk the talk but Sarah walks it too!

GoogleAs the buyer of a property I didn’t expect to have much communication with the estate agents once the offer had been accepted. The purchase was not straight forward and the level of support and communication that Roisin and the staff at the Rawtenstall branch provided was exceptional. I am truly grateful for all their help and professionalism throughout the whole process.

GoogleRyder and Dutton have been great, the house sale was problematic because of historic issues but Shannon could not have done anymore. She was amazing, she constantly kept us updated and pushed this sale through for us. Amazing job! We are so delighted she was our negotiator as it would no have gone through without her! Leona/Paul thank you for your wonderful feedback, I just cannot believe we did it. When I took over the purchase in January I knew it was going to be a challenge but I was up for it and wanted to make it work for yourself and Paul. Not only did we work together to make sure that your sale was able to go through and move you in to the house pre-completion with the help of Gareth Hunt our lettings manager, we beat the stamp duty deadline, just in time. Both yourself and Paul deserve a medal for your patience and commitment. It’s now time for the works commence and for your beautiful wallpaper to go up. Best of luck.

GoogleI am a tenant renting a property through Ryder and Dutton. While here, although there have few problems, Ryder and Dutton have dealt with them promptly and courteously. In particular Ms Sarah Green and Ms Rachael Howard Cofield have been my main contacts and have always been very professional and yet extremely friendly! I would recomend Ryder and Dutton to anyone!
