GoogleI sold my house earlier this year through R & D with the help of Graham and in particular Shannon. They realised that the sale meant more to me than just a business transaction. I cannot fault in any way the service that Shannon provided. Communication was very good even when at one stage the chain was in serious danger of breaking lower down!

GoogleI’ve just bought a house with Ryder and Dutton. The house I purchased was contract ready. At first I thought it was a money making scheme. However, it proved to be very beneficial as it speeded up my sale by about a month. Shannon was amazing all the way through. She was very informative and she was the go to person for all enquiries. She was very friendly and professional.

GoogleReally helpful, professional and responsive and made the whole process easy. Roisin went out of her way not just for the vendor but to myself as the buyer too, which is quite rare. GoogleI have been renting from ryder&dutton for over a year and have just renewed my tenancy with the lovely Sarah Green for another 12 months. No hassle, simple straight forward person to communicate with, always asks how things are going and if there are any problems. Nice to have someone who is pro tenant and pro landlord making sure both parties are happy. Overall excellent experience from a quality letting agents with great quality staff. GoogleI chose Ryder & Dutton originally based on the reviews, the pragmatic advice and the realistic selling price we received from the original valuation. We also took into consideration that as a buyer of what might be a property that an older person would gravitate towards, that they'd prefer to speak to a human rather than deal with online portals from the likes of Strike and Purple Bricks. We made the right decision. I can't thank Shannon enough for her diligence, professionalism and overall attitude from start to finish. As it happens, our sale was slowed by the aforementioned budget estate agents and their solicitors further down the chain so I would very much recommend choosing a proper estate agent and absolutely using Ryder & Dutton in Rawtenstall. Thanks Shannon, and everyone else who supports you there.

GoogleSarah Green has been a great help to me. I've been a long standing tenant for years with Ryder and Dutton. Since I met Sarah as my housing inspector, she has been warm and friendly. She always sorts any issues with the house very quickly. Sarah has also been so accomodating by fitting in the inspections around my work and other committments and as a tenant this is invaluable. I've rented at other places but never felt at ease on the bi annual inspection. Sarah keeps us tenants in mind to ensure we're comfortable. It's not one sided. This week I needed a boiler fix and a new door in the attic. Sarah only came last week and i've had my boiler sorted and a measure up for a new door. I'd recommend R&D thanks to Sarah Green.

They are a first class organisation!. The Team at RnD know their business, know the local market and are highly effective and efficient in all they do; they can't do enough for you. My most recent activity with the RnD Team was to let a property with Joanne, Sarah, Rachel and Elizabeth.The whole team are a delight to work, they made the process so simple, removing any worries or concerns, whilst offering professional help and advice along the way. At one point I was 3,000 miles away overseas and they took care of everything - SUPERB service!
