I have been renting from Ryder and Dutton for approx 6 years now and have always had a positive experience with all the staff especially Sarah who has dealt with me on numerous occasions. She has always made me comfortable to voice any concerns I have had and promptly deal with maintenance issues. She has personally made our time renting from Ryder and Dutton very pleasant and comfortable. I was first in contact with Ryder and Dutton back in April of this year and had the absolute pleasure of speaking to a lady called Rachael with regards to a property rental viewing. Nothing was too much trouble she was and is a pure delight to speak to, always easy to get hold of to speak to whether it be by email or phone and nothing is too much trouble. Another member of staff I've had the pleasure in dealing with is Sarah again like Rachael extremely approachable exceptionally friendly and they both really went out of there way to help me. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Rachael and sarah and all they've done for me I don't know where I'd be. They are both a true credit to the firm. I would also like to say a big thank you to Gareth as well for all of his help too. I can not recommend the awesome staff at Ryder and Dutton highly enough.

I had to ring her numerous times for a variety of reasons and she was nothing but nice. Our house sale fell through and being in a chain we were at risk of losing out on our new house. Thats when we appointed Graham Shuttleworth to sell our house. Graham was intrumental in re-listing our house at pace and with alot of attention to detail. As a result we were able to sell the house soon after and from the initial listing through to completion The best part was that Graham kept us up to date all along and took alot of pressure off us especially when it came to liaising with the solicitors. I Instructed Ryder and Dutton to sell my property. Janet was absolutely fantastic; always professional , super efficient and kept me up to date at all times . She secured the sale on my property. Unfortunately , due to Covid, Janet was furloughed and I was pretty much left to my own devices . I didn’t get much help from any other member of the team . Communication pretty much hit zero. This just highlighted what an absolute asset Janet is to the team and that her absence made a huge difference . Fortunately, for anybody thinking of using Ryder and Dutton , Janet is now back! I highly recommend using Ryder and Dutton on the basis that Janet is fabulous at her job and will make your sale/purchase as smooth and efficient as possible .

I booked a mortgage advice appointment to see how much I could borrow and Nikki Cockcroft was extremely helpful at finding the right mortgage for me and offering advice whenever I needed it over email. She always replied quickly and has been a great help. Thank you!
