Just finished my tenancy after little over 3 or 4 years, can't fault ryder and dutton at all anytime a fault was reported it was fixed straight away, sarah green was the lady who dealt with me for inspections, she was always helpful with everything always asked to see if I'm OK and how I'm getting on it's nice to have had an estate agents who actually look after Tennants just as much as they do for the landlords highly reccomend

Just sold my property through Matt Higgins. Have been dealing with him for 2 years, as it took a while before it could go on the market. We stayed in contact and he was professional and frank, without over-promising and under-delivering (like a lot of estate agents do). In short, he made a process as easy as he could within the confines of the pain of selling a property in current times. I can't recommend Matt enough for selling your property in the Hove/Brighton area. Keep up the good work, Matt.

Rather than engaging in fair and traditional negotiations, the agents appeared to be focused solely on securing their commission. We can’t thank Shannon enough! We first put our house up a couple of years ago and pulled it down due to a newborn but dealt with Shannon then. This time we started off with things being a little difficult however when Shannon took over she really made us feel at ease and completely put everything into us selling our home. There was a lot of ups and downs throughout the process due to various factors but the team were on hand and doing heir utmost to keep everything on track. Ryder & Dutton have been what I can only describe as the perfect estate agents. From the moment that Graham came round to value the house I felt happy that they were the estate agents that I was going to use. I have had dealings with a few staff over the last few months, Shannon has been fabulous whenever I have had cause to speak to her. However I have to say that Jack Banks who has been my agent throughout the process and been absolutely brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble for Jack and always has a smile on his face and a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. Selling a house is a stressful time but not when dealing with Jack, I cannot tell you how he made the whole process stress free and an easy time for me. Jack has gone above and beyond what I would say was expected of an agent, I cannot thank him enough.

The team at Ryder & Dutton, Rawtenstall were all friendly, professional and helpful but when it came to "getting the job done" nobody was more proactive than Shannon Laycock our sales negotiator. The sale of our property had gone incredibly smoothly until a few hiccups at the final hurdle. Shannon was both ours and our buyers 'go to' person. Anything and I mean, anything that we were unsure of or perhaps didn't seem right to us or that we simply didn't understand, Shannon was on it and stayed on it until she sorted it out. We relied on her so much and she steered us through it all. She was worth her absolute weight in gold and I cannot praise her professionalism, knowledge and patience enough. She remained calm and focused at all times, she explained things clearly to us and kept us in the loop constantly and she was always there at the end of the phone when we needed her! If you're thinking of selling your home, Graham and his team will steer you through it all and if you land Shannon as your negotiator, then you've hit the jackpot! Highly recommend
