GoogleI have used Ryder and Dutton for a few years now supporting a rental property I let. I have to say they have always been very efficient and supportive when I have had to make changes and the change over in tenants has been as hassle free as it could be. I deal with Sarah Green quite a lot when I do interact with R&D and she has always given me some excellent advice and support, it’s always nice to be able to speak to a consistent contact within a business and someone who always seems to make time for your queries.
Long-standing relationships are something we're incredibly proud of. It's so rewarding to hear that managing your rental property has remained straightforward over the years and that you've always felt supported when changes have been needed. Thank you Adam for your continued trust in us.

Googleme and my partner have lived in our house for 7 years now and had sarah from the start, she’s been an absolute star from the very first day, whenever we have had any questions or issues she has sorted them straight away. she always replies back to emails and whenever we have needed emergency help she gets someone out straight away! she’s the best of the best and i’m very grateful she’s been here to help us whenever needed 🤩

GoogleRyder & Dutton have always been a fantastic company for me when it comes to rental. Any time I need help they answer quickly and offer a solution that works. I have had problems in the past with other companies when renting properties but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I would recommend renting a property through them. In particular, Sarah Green has always been a massive help to us and made sure everything is sorted.

GoogleMyself and Chloe Just wanted to send you guys an email to say thanks for the past two years. We have loved the house and it has been a great starter home for us. Ryder & Dutton have provided us with a great service over the past two years from house inspections to maintenance issues being sorted quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Sarah Green who we have had dealings with right from the start. Sarah has provide a great service and always helped with issues that we may of had even if it just meat forwarding our issues to the correct department. We also wanted to say a big thank you to your sales department for helping show us properties when we were looking to buy in the area. In the end we did purchase a property elsewhere because it suited us more but still, the help you gave us to get viewings of your property was perfect. We will always keep Ryder & Dutton in mind if we ever decide to sell up and move in the future.

GoogleRyder & Dutton were fantastic from start to finish, I made an enquiry about selling another property 12 months ago and decided not to proceed even though I didnt go ahead at the time the customer expirence was fantastic, Holly was so helpful and i didnt feel preasured she just came across as friendly which brought me back and I'm glad I did. The process was really easy and every member of the team were always happy to help, Matt dealt with my sale and he alway responded quickly and went over and above! I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleShannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off. Now we’re back to feeling like the reasonable people normally are; we appreciate her calming manor even more. Thank you Shannon thank you so much x

GoogleMatt Higgins is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He also has land valuation qualifications and skills which in our case really came in handy as we had a house to sell that wasn't like any other in our road. Matt was able to give us a great valuation (when frankly the other estate agents weren't sure). In the end, we had 5 offers with high quality buyers and a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Added to this are his great negotiation and communication skills. The rest of the team (I worked mainly with Dominique & Lara) were really good also and the marketing materials are a cut above the rest. Mainly I worked with Matt though and I won't be going anywhere else in future. Extremely highly recommended !

Recently the difficult tenant has had to be evicted and Sarah Green has gone above and beyond her remit to support me, ably backed up by a very helpful Jack if she was unavailable. GoogleWe very recently sold our house through Ryder & Dutton Rawtenstall and are extremely pleased with the service. Graham, the Branch Manager, has been totally pro-active and instrumental in getting the sale through in a calm, kind professional manner where no problem could not be solved. Unbelievable service and dedication from Graham, Shannon, and the team. Veda, the Move Manager, was totally magic. Veda got to the root of any hold ups along the way and kept the sale flowing with enquiries with our buyer directly and our buyer’s solicitor. Veda was also in contact with all the buyers in the chain to keep everybody up to date. Veda is a marvellous wonderful lady who’s sense of humour matched mine so we had many laughs along the way which made dealing with Veda a pleasure. Well done Ryder and Dutton!
