GoogleAfter a friendly, helpful and professional valuation, we felt confident to instruct! We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the complete service, no sooner had we received confirmation from the recommended solicitors (who were pleasantly competitive on cost) we had an open day event booked, well attended and successfully provided us with 4 offers! Refreshing to find a professional organisation that not only sounds and looks good but actually gives good service.

GoogleVery friendly and accomidating team. Helped us sell 2 houses to then go on to buy our dream home. We were up to the wire on the Stamp Duty holiday deadline, but due to RMJs efforts in conjunction with there recommended legal team at Simply, the sales and purchase completed on time. Initial Sales particulars on our properties were very professional, good photography and descriptions for our properties. Seem to have lots of keen buyers on their books. If you are selling or buying I can highly reccomend RMJ. Good luck and happy buying or selling, thanks to all the team at RMJ.

GoogleI have mixed reviews about RMJ in Rainham.. at the start of my 11 month long purchasing process they were fantastic, really responsive and were keen to get me ready to move in. Towards the end of the process I found myself chasing and chasing for answers which they simply weren’t telling me. In the end my solicitors were giving me more accurate information and updates. The long process was not their fault due to the first chain breaking down and the second having land title changes done half way through the process instead of at the start. I’m a first time buyer and can honestly say I have never been through such a stressful process.
Thanks for the review Danny. It was an extremely hard set of circumstances with the move, none of which you could control yourself. The first chain fell through due to the seller at the top changing their minds, Covid-19 lockdowns (x3) and then the new chain being part of a housing development where the title of the subject property had to be transferred to a company name before we could proceed to exchange of contracts. Any one of these circumstances is extreme, to have all of them in one transaction is unheard of. Thank you for your patience with this. You were told everything that we knew, even though the information did not relate to your actual purchase. The information came from me, your solicitor was unable to tell you the information as it was a conflict of interest due to the fact that hey were also acting for another party in the chain. I was very happy to get you to the exchange and delighted to have finally completed your purchase. I hope you and your new family are very happy. Lee

GoogleI could not have chosen a better group of Estate Agents to sell my property. They were most helpful and were also very supportive, all the way through. I felt safe in their hands and they made the transaction simple and were there to answer questions, plus did everything that they said they would. The team at the Rainham branch, were friendly, approachable and all worked together so that they knew who I was and the property I was selling. I am very grateful to them and would thoroughly recommend RMJ to anyone considering moving house.

GoogleI was very pleased with the speed of which from phonecall to viewing to application processed and confirmed. It was down to the correct due diligence of all staff involved. Nikki’s (Eke) communication and viewing etiquette was some of the best I’ve seen since renting and viewing of property, alongside a great transparent telephone manner which was centered around professionalism and ability on task. Secondly the staff member I dealt with was Stacey who was very helpful and quick to respond to any query I had, also helped me complete the application process through uploading documents myself whilst away from the computer. Whilst maintaining a great professional yet friendly manner! All in all the professionalism and overall experience delivered by Robinson Michael and Jackson’s by the staff members mentioned above was fantastic I look forward to our budding future relationship.

Lee, Charley, Charlie and Ryan have been so friendly, helpful and caring throughout a very difficult roller coaster ride of the property market. Communication and understanding has been at the very forefront of their service especially in the final days leading to exchange of contacts. GoogleFrom start to finish the team at RMJ provided us with an excellent service. The move happened during lockdown which brought with it some challenges but RMJ handled everything professionally and nothing was too much trouble. We received regular updates and towards completion a stress-free voice on the end of the line was very welcome!!
