GoogleWe browsed the market for a while before deciding to sell, we had 4 different agents around before deciding to use RMJ. They had the photos taken and on the Market quickly and sold on the open day. Dealing mainly with Charley, Lee and Bradley who were helpful, friendly and patient from start to finish. I also find the key to be a successful estate agent is honesty, unlike Wards (walderslade) who made our whole buying experience very stressful! Useless, rude and only push to get more money, they try to push you to look at properties above your budget just to get more interest in the house knowing your offer would not be accepted. Unprofessional for both seller and buyer! Luckily our selling experience was great and if we ever decide to move again we will be using them. They found us the perfect buyers who were so patient, and could ring for any advice through the whole process. A great team who we would highly recommend for anyone wanting honesty, and a straight foward sale. We got there in the end. Thank you all, especially Charley, Lee and Brad xxx

GoogleThis has honestly been the easiest and most hassle free letting application and process I have ever had. We’ve been able to view, apply, do reference checks and move in all within three weeks! The ladies at RMJ have been excellent, they are all super friendly, helpful and quick with communication. Ellie, Libby and Stacey have all been amazing and I am so pleased to be letting a properly through them. Thank you!! :-)

GoogleThe agent service was excellent and to me worth a 5 star. The service we received from Kelly during the viewing was professional. She was patient during viewing and explained everything clearly step by step agent service is also transparent with guide in every step, answering questions we had. Also received administrative support from Stacey who was fast, efficient and reliable. The app for uploading documents was professional and it was all in one go while at home and no need to go to the office. I really appreciate the agents service and the fact that they embrace technology makes everything quick and efficient and perfect. The whole process was made very smooth by the team at RMJ from the quick (same day) appointment for valuation to arranging photos and videos to finding us a suitable buyer very shortly after. The advise on valuation and conveyancing was also very helpful to keep the sale process as smooth as possible. All the expectations were met from what was proposed.
