My wife and I used RMJ to sell my mother in law's house. Before agreeing to use them they researched the local market and gave good advise as to the selling price. The documentation they produced, including the property detail folder, was excellent and displayed the property very well. RMJ were very proactive in publicising the property, showing viewers around and handling any enquiries. We had a large number of viewings before finally getting a buyer so were very satisfied with their work. They were also very quick to answer any questions or e-mails both during the process and once a sale was agreed. RMJ have progressed the sale as quickly as the legal process allows. This is the second time we have used RMJ to sell houses and we would heartily recommend them, particularly Lee the manager, to anyone considering selling a house or flat in the future..

Special mention to Jo and Bradley for handling the viewings and keeping us updated with feedback and carefully selecting appropriate buyers to view. Also a massive thank you to Shane Rudden who handled the post sale side amazingly, he kept constant communications with us throughout the legal stages, ensuring that any queries were answered with guidance and advice given. 'Having worked with Natalie in two separate branches with her previous employer, I was delighted to find she had moved areas and joined Robinson Michael and Jackson where I also have a rental property. In moving the property over to Natalie and RMJ in July, she had found a tenant and for the asking price within days of the flat being on the market and the new tenant moved in with the flat being vacant between tenancies for just one day! My brothers and I were very satisfied with the help given us in selling our former family home after the passing of our father at the end of last year. After perhaps initially setting the price and our expectations a little on the high side given the condition of the house, it soon became clear that market was offering us a bit less than hoped as the house needed some updating. Having been our family home for 32 years, it was important to us who we sold the house to, and to achieve the best price we could, so we weren't in a rush to sell the first few who came forward making low offers. However Robinson Michael & Jackson ensured a steady stream of viewings right from early on, and worked patiently with us until the family we felt were the right buyers came forward at the right price, in the end a 'win win' outcome for all concerned, and we appreciated the courteous, expert and understanding assistance we experienced in the process from them, many thanks to Lee and all their staff.

This is my first time buying a house and I cannot express how pleased I am to have found a property with robinson Michael and Jackson. Everything was pretty much as easy as it could be for someone first getting onto the property ladder. The only fault I have was that there was a issue first when trying to arrange a viewing. However this was Quickly resolved.. I'm extremely pleased with the service provided by Lee. Amazing. Could not have asked for better help.. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure speaking to.. Despite being heavily pregnant and due my baby within weeks of my offer being accepted Lee Had accommodated all our needs. Highly recommended .

Robinson Michael & Jackson have been so helpful to me in trying to find a home of my own. The Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them to do. If you wanted to know something about a property they would find an answer. The Staff are also of mixed ages and their enthusiasm for their employment aims, shines through. Its a pity about the name. Its a bit of a mouthful and sometimes you can get there names in the wrong order. Thank you.
