Our move was supposed to take place just before the covid 19 lockdown came into affect which sent the entire process into chaos.
Through this process Lee from Robinson Michael and Jackson in Rainham Kent was superb. He kept in contact with me through everything that happened and went the extra mile the get us the info we needed at every step even after exchange he was still there for anything we needed.

GoogleRMJ clearly demonstrate why you should support high street agents!
Yes, online agents are cheap, but possibly being the biggest investment and most stressfull time in a persons life, why cut corners?
They found a buyer for my property in less than a week, and when the buyers encountered issues which meant we were possibly faced with putting the house back on the market, RMJ saved the sale!
Shane was our dedicated sales progression manager, he frequently kept us updated and pushed the sale from either side whenever neccessary.
We successfully exchanged contracts after some hard work but I can confidently say, it was only because of the hard work put in by everyone at RMJ.

GoogleI am neither a tenant nor a landlord using Robinson Michael & Jackson, but I had a problem regarding a misdirected electricity bill from Scottish Power which became nasty with debt collection agency demands etc. Robertson Michael and Jackson was the addressee. I spoke to Kelly in the Lettings Office, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke to both Scottish Power and the debt collection agency, and has managed (I hope ) to get this resolved. The time and effort she put into this was well beyond the call of duty for which I am most impressed, and indeed very grateful.

GoogleMy deposit was deducted unfairly i was advised to be paid in 10 days. it has been 14 days and still not paid and communication fails in their office if I was given the option i would give no star at all. I would advise that please do not have any dealings with both Sarah Jane and Kelly (property manager) as they talk over people and not listen to them and Kelly is really intimidating and can really upset people.

GoogleFrom start to finish it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with Lee, Shane and the rest of the team at RMJ Rainham. Lee was professional yet friendly at our initial viewing and was honest but enthusiastic about our home. At each step we felt we were in control and supported with our decisions. Unlike other agents we had had come to value the house, Lee didn't discourage us when we wanted to test the market at a little higher than he had valued and we felt he would push even harder to make that figure happen. Time was taken to ensure everything was in place prior to us going onto the live market, from the best photographs on the worst weathered day to accurate floor plans and an in depth idea of the improvements made to the property. When we did go onto the market we were flooded with confirmed viewings from buyers ready to buy. Within 5 days we were sold at our asking price!! Amazing!! We had a bumpy road with our onward purchase but the team were always available for advice and help. Lee literally was a shoulder to cry on and Shane kept us regularly updated with everything just for added reassurance. All in all RMJ were the one aspect of moving we didn't worry about and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone. You pay a smidge more in fees compared to others, but you more than get your moneys worth!!
