GoogleWe found RMJ's knowledge and analysis of the housing market impressive and honest when it came to valuing our home. All aspects of our house sale were managed professionally and swiftly from start to finish. Our house brochure was accurate and well worded, and the photos were amazing, definitely the best on the market. Any problems along the way were resolved promptly, and the RMJ team were helpful and communicated well throughout. The excellent negotiation skills by Lee meant our sale price expectations were exceeded as he worked hard to get us the best sale price possible for our property. RMJ fees are not the cheapest, however you get what you pay for service wise, and we had a relatively hassle free experience, confident that RMJ were managing things all the way through, and not having to do any house viewings ourselves was definitely a bonus for us. We would like to thank the team, especially Lee, James, Charlie, Ryan and Charley, and recommend RMJ to others as we would use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We really appreciate how quickly you've communicated with us on the phone and WhatsApp. Within 5 minutes of enquiring, we had a video tour, within 24 hours had a viewing and an agreement the following day. You've been amazing getting us into our new home nearly two weeks earlier than first arranged, taking a huge amount of stress and pressure off us. GoogleI cannot praise the team at RMJ, or recommend them, highly enough. We had a very stressful sale and purchase, which was nothing to do with our purchasers or our purchase, but the issues impacted on us all. Charley and Lee were absolutely wonderful at finding out as much information as they could, and making sure both us and our purchasers were kept up to date with all the details. When our Solicitors were slow to get started (also not the reason our transaction was stressful!) they made sure the right people were contacted to chase through the details and in the end we were ready to complete ahead of time. Charlie who dealt with our sale was also excellent and the whole team are friendly professional and completely on the ball with everything going on.
