GoogleWe had 4 local estate agents through our door when we wanted a valuation for our home. The RMJ Sales Lady was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and bubbly; just the sort of person i'd want to speak to if I called an estate agent and asked them to explain my home! We had an open day and sold that week. All staff through the sale process have been efficient, professional and courteous. This will be my 11th move, so I know what I''m talking about!

GoogleWe were in the unfortunate position of selling our family home through probate. We had few alternate estate agents come out to meet with us but Robinson Michael & Jackson stood out. Local, friendly, professional and understanding.Throughout the process and a major hiccup they kept us informed and answered my questions regardless of how minor they were. As first time sellers this was a great because I am sure some of the questions should have been obvious. They were good value we felt. But above all our instinct to go with who felt right mattered above all. We would highly reccomend the Rainham branch.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had Michael Robinson and Jackson sell my property and I have to say I could not fault them from start to finish. I had a few problems trying to find a property for us and I never got pressured from them once. They are extremely helpful when I needed to find answers the solicitors would not give me they as staff went out there way to help. I wish I had gone with them years ago. GoogleI was extremely fortunate to have Libby, Nikki, Kelly & Stacey help me find and my family move in to our new home. We have had an incredibly difficult few years and have been unable to find a suitable home for over 7 months despite trying desperately we’d always miss out. The ladies were understanding, quick to respond and unlike other agents they actually DID get in touch when a new property became available and helped us move quickly getting everything through smoothly, keeping me updated throughout. However, Robinson & Jackson’s Rainham have completely restored our faith. Professional, knowledgeable and flexible, they arranged viewings for us with short notice and kept us in the loop constantly throughout the process. Nikki successfully marketed my property and secured a tenant within 2 days after taking the property over from another agent who were unable to find a tenant. Stacey took over to complete the process and with her help and using the brilliant RMJ property portal everything was completed with tenants moved in within 2 weeks!! They went above their line of duty to book a removal service to clear the garage, spotting mistakes in some relevant docs, finding a tenant at lightening speed by advertising on the exchange date plus more.
