Excellent value and service

I've sold many houses over the years and always used the traditional high street method. I thought I would b brave and try an online company as I believe that most people only search for a property via this route. What can I say, I'm so glad I did! House Network were superb, from my initial contact to the point of exchange. I also used their associated legal fees and again fab service and all this for a fraction of the cost of the traditional option - don't hesitate to use these guys, you won't be disappointed and neither will your bank account!

Really pleased with the service

This was my first time using an online estate agent and settled on Housenetwork after reading many review sites. I was impressed from start to finish with the process: from the advert and photographs, booking appointments, the instant messaging system which allowed an easy response when I missed a call at work, negotiations, chasing updates from solicitors and the rest of the chain. I also liked the relaxed approach, as I didn't want my buyer to be pressured the way I was by my vendor's estate agents. The best bit of all? Zero commission payable on completion and top service for a bargain up-front cost. Would completely recommend.

Fantastic

The overall service was amazing. I thought it was all too good to be true but I cannot recommend house network enough. From start to finish we received excellent advice and always had great communication with the team. Selling our home was very easy and was very pleased when our house sold within a week of going live online. House Network - My experience

From the very first contact, I felt that House Network actually wanted to sell my house. I had 4 estate agents visit my house and House Network were the only ones that kept in touch. The others seemed to think that silence was the best sales tool. The valuation wasn't the highest, but in my opinion was the most realistic. Incidentally, we achieved the asking price. The house went on RightMove on a Wednesday, we arranged 4 viewings on the Saturday and had 2 offers. SImples. Many thanks for an outstanding, friendly yet professional service.

HN sold my house in a month and charged me 80% less than our best quote.

I would recommend House Network to anyone and I wouldn't normally do that, I thought that the staff were all very professional and efficient and you could always get hold of someone to help you at the end of the phone if any concerns or problems. I also liked having control of the website but again there was always somebody to help if I wasn't sure about something. As well it was great not to have a bill at the end as I paid upfront. We did not mind showing people around as we could answer all their questions on the spot, and who knows your house better than you!

House Network - Efficient and easy way to sell your property

I had a view of estate agents that they did little to justify their high percentage commission on the sale of a property however using House Network was a revelation. From the day I instructed them they were professional , efficient and reported back on every part of the sale of my property. It was all internet based and they are located in Essex whilst I was selling in Lancashire although you would have thought they were just down the road from me. I even asked them to phone at certain times of the day which they obliged ,reporting back within days of a viewers comments. Once sold they even followed up on the sale process all for a fraction of the cost of a high street agent. I would use House Network again without considering local agents due to its convenience and efficiency. Coincidently I viewed a property to buy some weeks back now via a local agent who have not even phoned me to ask my interest! - this is the difference I believe between House Network and high street agents.

Excellent service from start to finish

We were really sceptical about using The House Network as no-one we knew had used them or knew anything about them. We decided to opt for the simplest package on offer, without the conveyancing, as we had our own solicitor lined up. The package suited us perfectly as we were quite happy to do our own viewings. Also, the costs are far less than using a high street estate agent. From start to finish, ie from taking the photos to completion, everyone involved in the team was extremely professional, calling us whenever necessary to arrange viewings and returning our calls when they promised to. We were also offered advice when we asked for it and received email reminders the day before each viewing. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received and would have no hesitation at all in recommending The House Network to others.

I used house network and was absolutely delighted. They called me back every time I left a message and were really helpful every step of the way, even when my house had sold they still kept in touch updating me and calling the estate agents etc. I would definitely recommend house network, they are so much better than purple bricks, I had both companies out to value my house. House network valued my house £5,000 more than purple bricks and I got the asking price, absolutely over the moon and saved a fortune too .

House Network - excellent service start to finish!!

We deliberated long & hard over using an online estate agent to sell our property and decided in the end that the substantial savings made it worthwhile, at least for the first month and then we would review matters. We had several viewers in the first 3 days and sold the property within this period at more than our asking price!! We were of course delighted with the service provided and the sale price achieved, but most important has been the ongoing service received after the sale was agreed. Given this was a fixed price service I did fear that following the sale the ongoing service to completion would be a little disappointing, given House networks fee was already paid and there was no gain for them to follow things up. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case and they would frequently chase the sale up with all parties. They always responded to the enquiries I raised via their online ticket / message system and often resolved problems the same day, either way a response was always received within hours. Over all I could not fault the service and I have saved about £1,500 in fees as well.. Thanks House Network!!!

Surpassed all expectations

Absolutely superb service and attention to detail from start to finish. I'll admit I was a sceptic when I first considered using an online agent but felt that at £699 it was worth a try. The reality is you've exceeded my expectations by far and delivered a level of professional service which no traditional estate agent could possibly match. A fantastic service everyone should use

The sale of my property went as smoothly as possible and the agents at House Network made sure this was the case and were very professional throughout the process. The photographs made our house look amazing and we had loads of viewings within the first week. Communication was so easy and if I had a query someone would either deal with it straight away or call back within a short time. They chased the buyer and solicitors when asked and fed back to me immediately. For what you pay a high street agent this is no comparison and I would say a much better service.

I would not normally give feedback to a company, though the service I received from house network was nothing short of amazing. The support at every level was fantastic, it would be a deal at double the price. The flat rate they charge makes this a total no-brainer. Highly Recommended

Excellent service when it came to arranging viewings. Having used high street estate agents to purchase a property ourselves, it has sometimes taken days to arrange a viewing. There are no such issues when using House Network and it's great to be able to access the service 7 days a week.
