Why Don't more people use online estate agents!

Professional, efficient, easy to contact and they wont charge you an extortionate amount like the high street estate agents. We were particularly impressed with the chap who came and spent ages explaining the process and taking good quality photos. Thanks

Recommend!

Compared to the fees paid to a traditional agent, using an agent such as House Network is a 'no-brainer' particularly given the ability to communicate quickly via the online portal as well as via phone when needed. The ability to manage content online and receive regular updates on status of how things are progressing is also much better than my prior experience of using a traditional agent. Would recommend!

Fantastic, efficient and cost effective service, 10/10!!

We thought that House Network were very efficient and we were very impressed with how easy the system was. We were always kept updated whenever there was a change or new contact from our buyer or buyer's solicitor. We felt the House Network staff were very professional , efficient, polite and friendly. Our transaction could not have been smoother and we save over Â£4500 on traditional estate agent fees

Qualty service

I found everybody at housenetwork very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the process. Any request and question was dealt with very quickly and communication was clear and prompt for responses. Overall excellent service. I couldn't recommend enough!

I saved Â£3000 (based on 1.5% agent commission)

House Network made the sale of my property very easy and stress-free; I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I recommend House Network for the convenience and speed of uploading documents, availability of staff and efficient service at such reasonable and affordable cost. House Network have sold 2 houses for me now with outstanding service each time; I would not consider using any other estate agent.

After incurring traditional Estate Agents costs in the past a great new way!

A great service you can hep yourself through the website and you can be in control but you can always speak to a real person when you need to which is great. Also when the time comes to negotiate you have their expertise at hand I thought the service went well and there was nothing to change, I will be recommending my son to House Network.

Fantastic service

Great service from start to finish. Always kept in the loop with the progress of the sale. Never had to chase anyone up it was always done on time and ALL phone calls answered quickly and queries dealt with within hours I did pay to have professional photographs taken, I used Home Refined and for the small fee was well worth it Will definately use again

Fantastic service at an amazing price

5 star service for a cheaper price

Fantastic service from House Network from start to finish. The customer service I received was brilliant with quick response times, an easy to use online system and weekly calls from my personal negotiator. Sold my house within a week and at a fraction of the cost of a high street estate agent. This is the future for the housing market.

Easy process

I used housenetwork to sell my home they were very professional and easy to use I sold my house after two viewings and the whole process was simple and easy housenetwork sent me regular updates and emails keeping me in the loop about what was happening and made the whole transaction stress free I'd definitely use them again
