GoogleContacted Linley and simpson about our rental property spoke to Lucy very professional helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Explained everything to us about different options. I have had some that have good customer service but poor at the details, I have also worked with some that are good with the detail but bad at the customer service. GoogleAfter struggling to find somewhere on rent when I was getting married, Linley and Simpson helped and managed to get us somewhere straight away. The process was simple and straight forward and kept us up to date with any new information, since moving in they have always helped with enquires and let us know in advance for any work done in the future thank you

They were very helpful with all of my queries and still are when I have any questions. The staff are professional and super friendly. GoogleFantastic service. We sold our house the same day it went on sale . We chose Linley Simpson as we met Alex at another house viewing found him to be professional but still very approachable. GoogleI rented with Linley and Simpson for four years and when my landlord sadly passed away and the house was to be sold, Alex at Linley and Simpson was super supportive in negotiating what I needed in a time of change. Not your average letting agent!! Hope to rent with them again in the future.

GoogleI have had 4 agents in total managing the buy to let house. Linley and Simpson have been by far the best. I have now sold the house but if I was starting from scratch again Linley and Simpson would be the agent to manage.

GoogleGood clean well maintained houses but poor management... 1. repairs without notice to tenants (suddenly someone starts drilling outside your room or switches off power regardless of whether you were working from home or not) 2. frequent WiFi blackouts in a house with poor network coverage. 3. frequent cold water in the showers/sinks. No useful assistance whatsoever from the agency because apparently it’s not their responsibility and it’s not an emergency🤦♀️

GoogleHad an appointment for 1.30pm no agent arrived after waiting 45mins. Called the office to check the appointment which was confirmed. I asked for the viewing agent to call me with an explanation and haven't heard back. Booked an alternative appointment with a local competitor. Feel let down!

GoogleRubbish service, won't pay you back your upholding fee, they will make harder for you to rent property and they will make only harder to keep your upholding fee, think twice before you pay them.....

GoogleDo not use this company. I pay for my property to be fully managed and I have pretty much had to do everything myself. Communication is awful. They can’t seem to retain staff. They can’t even do the basics- I’m constantly chasing them. In fact, I’m still waiting to hear back about why there is a pet in my ‘no pets’ property and it’s been a week now. AVOID.

GoogleWorst emergency services I had ever electrical problem in the house and the boiler didn’t had power anymore I call emergency number and what they they didn’t do nothing and I have a newborn 3 months old I told them that and now my baby have to sleep in the cold bcs they emergency is the the worst don’t rent with them

GoogleAfter trying to enquire about a property to rent I was told no spaces were left however i would be sent a video tour and application form. This did not happen. I enquired again due to the eagerness for this property explaining previously what they said they were going to provide however they clearly did not read what my enquiry said as I was told there was no space for viewing and not offered any sort of video tour this time nor application form. As a young women new to the renting I feel disappointed and let down that the information I have been given has not been correct.

GoogleDoes NOT even deserve one star. Beware of this agency, I got into tenancy agreement with them and was promised a clean and fixed home but to horror on Day 1 found mould everywhere in the living room and a completely broken WC and bathroom. Stay away guys.
