GoogleAbsolute poor client services. I've requested a call back many times. But they never call back. I'm living in a property without a black bin for over 4 weeks . I've raised this with agency many times. But still nothing has been done.

GoogleDo not use this company. I pay for my property to be fully managed and I have pretty much had to do everything myself. Communication is awful. They can’t seem to retain staff. They can’t even do the basics- I’m constantly chasing them. In fact, I’m still waiting to hear back about why there is a pet in my ‘no pets’ property and it’s been a week now. AVOID.

GoogleThey took over the management of the house we rented. They lost our contract and got our end date wrong, sending us an eviction letter 3 months early. Then when it was time to leave we didn't hear anything from them. They arranged so many viewings but most of them didn't even turn up. They said they had a key but didn't, causing us to have to go and let in people wanting to view the house. It took 19 days to get our deposit back, with me having to chase 3 times, and getting no official check out report.

It is indeed a pleasure to be able to park close by, and enter to a lovely greeting from all the staff with a smile and a desire to help. GoogleDoesn’t even deserve one star this branch and its staff are so lazy they refuse to pick up during opening ours because they prefer a chat whilst getting pain rather than helping paying customers. Disgraceful
