GoogleRefusing to comply with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and now refusing to pay back the undisputed funds back from a deposit. The tenancy ended more than 6 weeks ago yet they’re still not refunding my money.

Google' Excellent and efficient ' Alex marsh did a wonderful Job in detail explanation about property and procedure even though we haven’t yet found a property to rent they were outstanding from the get go and hopefully we can still find a property with these peoples

GoogleLovely ladies in the pudsey office, went through fairly quickly. My only feedback is a bit more communication would be nice and the fact that different departments deal with different aspects of the application makes it a bit difficult to chase.
