GoogleA good real estate agency, their tenant management service was lovely until the pandemic and lockdown. Since then, the service is quite slow.

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing us with a star rating. It’s disappointing and frustrating to see that you have given us a one star rating however, we would very much like to understand why this has been the case. Our branches work really hard to achieve good ratings and a 1 star rating affects the overall branch score. We have attempted to locate you on our system and have been unable to find you therefore, Alex at our Pudsey Branch would very much welcome any further information that you have, so would be grateful if you could drop him an email at alexw@linleyandsimpson.co.uk. Feedback such as yours is invaluable to us as it helps us improve our systems and processes so Alex very much looks forward to hearing from you. Many thanks Salena West Customer Service Manager
