Google3rd time now that they’ve booked us to view a property to tell us on the way to it that it’s been signed for! How can the only thing you’re supposed to do be something you can’t do. Honestly useless office.

GoogleVery poor customer service and they take upholding deposit from every viewer which you won't get back, becarefull guys...

Thank you for your reaching out to us and giving us your feedback. As a business, we do not take a holding deposit from any applicant until the let is agreed with the landlord and certainly not from everyone viewing the property. Once paid, we take the property off the market, whilst you undergo our referencing process. A holding deposit is retained if the information provided is proved to be false or misleading. Once all checks have taken place and passed, this deposit is refunded once you pay your move in monies and deposit.
