If you’re looking for an estate agent these are the ones you want. Professional , efficient, personable , communicative and most of all caring. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations , always contacting and replying promptly and as promised. Best estate agent I've dealt with! Mollie has been great, a speedy viewing was arranged on the day of contact... I've not waited more than a few hours for a return call or a reply to an email. Mollie has gone above and beyond to get my mum into the house within 11 days! Impressed with the standards of cleanliness, a decorator, carpet cleaner and a professional oven clean being arranged ... without even asking. Can't speak highly enough of the staff and the way they dealt with the sale of my recently deceased Mother's house. They were sensitive to the situation which was lacking with the two other estate agents I called in for valuations. Above all they were professional. I was kept informed all the time the viewings and the sale progressed and don't have any complaints at all. They arranged and conducted everything and it was all wrapped up in about ten weeks. I would definitely recommend Aubrey Lee and especially like to thank Marc and Toli for looking after the sale for me.
