I recently moved out of my parents house for the first time and began renting a flat advertised by this company. The team, and Rachael in particular, were exceptionally helpful. I had such an amazing experience renting from aubrey lee. Rachael and Molly are absolutely perfect and God sent. When i came to view the house i was 8 months pregnant and was struggling to get a place and i needed a place really bad, Molly and Rachael made it possible for me to get a place before the birth of my baby. They made the process so easy and stress free for me. Even after i moved into the property they called to check on me and made sure i didn't have any problems with the property. Like i said earlier Molly and Rachael are just exceptional and words can't describe how happy i am with my experience with them.

I'm not really sure where to begin with how happy I am with the service I received and how easy everything was. From viewing the property right through to the end of my tenancy they have been fantastic. Genuinely rare to feel a company truly put you first as the customer/consumer. Contact and communication is quick and responsive. Special shout-out to Frankie for always being available to assist and help and get things done quickly, she made everything so simple throughout.
