The agents that I dealt with I cannoy fault them and were brilliant. I received a little welcome box which I though was so sweet. However the property itself, there were several broken appliances in the flat that it stated were included in the price such as the washing machine and the cooker. The flat was pretty dirty when I moved in and had to give it a good scrub before I could do anything. The tray in the washing machine was completely black with mould. There was still hair in the drain from the previous tenant.

We moved into a flat let by Aubrey Lee and Rachael was incredibly helpful, making sure the application went through quickly despite us doing it quite late notice! She's been incredibly friendly throughout, replying to queries we had and being very clear about everything from the start. Usually letting agent experiences are unpleasant but I am very happy with Rachael and Aubrey Lee as a whole in what they did for us!

Mollie is by far the best estate agent that I worked with especially while going through a very stressful couple of months dealing with people who only gave 1/10 of the effort that Mollie did. I recently rented a property from Aubrey Lee on Bury New Road Prestwich. Rachel who handles the rented properties was exceptional In her negotiation skills and very prompt with answering queries. Once we had decided to rent it literally took only a few days and we were in! They even stayed open late so I could collect the keys. There was a gentleman there too who was very pleasant and polite. Customer service is good, helpful staff and quick to get back to us. Everything went smoothly but we did have a couple of issues which is why it's 4 stars. Mainly the cleaning, our bins were full of rubbish before we moved in and not correctly sorted so they weren't emptied by the council on the days they came around. We had to dig out all of the rubbish, sort and take to the skip. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned either. Overall they have been professional and have dealt with all of our issues promptly Update: After 5 months, I've upgraded to 5 stars. The service has been excellent (Rachael has been our point of contact and has been amazing). All of our issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Aubrey Lee!
