Staff member was rude on the phone. Frankie Garvey lied and did not call or email my niece back. When I did a viewing with her and we declined the place as we spoke with other tenants who had been there longer and it was mouldy, roof leaks and rats. They do not respond to anything that is true but only fake reviews below are to their liking. Do not recommend.

Just recently I asked Aubrey Lee & Co to sell my late parent's flat for me. I have used the company several times over the years for selling my house when we decided to move, often being assisted by the wonderful Ivor Sternberg! This time, Toli, also the most friendly and helpful of people, asked Laurence Juster to be the one to advise me throughout the process. I didn't know him till now, but soon realised that this was a chap who completely understood the market, was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He and Toli gave me a good idea of the flat's worth, which I was able to achieve through their discussions with the potential purchasers. I was totally happy with the service provided, and for a reasonable cost, and will always look to use them in the future when the next time should arise. Well done and thank you!

I have never rented privately before and was a bit unsure about the process, but having found a great flat with some outside space, I definitely wanted to go ahead with the move. Mollie's enthusiastic attitude and great customer service helped to put me at ease and helped me through the process. She answered all my questions, and nothing was too much trouble. She arranged a second viewing so I could measure up for furniture, and also liaised promptly with the landlord about some items I wanted removing. Everything went incredibly smoothly. I sign for the flat on the 6th July. I would definitely recommend Aubrey Lee. . Moving is a big life change, and the professional attitude and great customer care from Mollie, certainly helped me to feel more confident in moving forward.

We recently moved house at very short notice and Aubrey and Lee (Mollie in particular) were great at getting it sorted. I am currently renting my house out with Aubrey Lee. Firstly at the sign up stage they offered a great deal of flexibility which worked really well for me. My point of contact now is Mollie. She has been extremely helpful and forthcoming in managing the relationship with the tenant. I am currently living in another country, however Mollie has always made herself available according to my time zone, including weekends and replies to my messages in a prompt manner.
