Renting my house was always going to be difficult for me as I like to do everything myself. I instructed Aubrey Lee to manage my house after poor service from another. Aubrey Lee collected the keys from the original estate agent's office and since then everything was taken care of. I was originally cautious as their price was one of the cheapest I found. 3 hours later the house was on the market and 3 days later they had found a suitable tenant. They are very knowledgeable and I feel I'm in safe hands which is all I ask for. Molly has gone above and beyond and I honestly hope she gets a big bonus for all her hard work. I love the personal touch I receive from the team and can't possibly imagine any other company would be able to compare now. Safe to say... I'm a happy customer. Emails and questions are always answered promptly and the service is excellent.

I chose Aubrey Lee because I was impressed by the valuation done by Stephen - he was friendly yet business like and gave what I felt was a fair valuation. He seemed genuinely keen to sell the property without being pushy. The house was marketed immediately and sold within days with their help and advice.
