After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

I was recommended to Lawrence by a friend. Everything she experienced, I also had the same high standard of service. From our initial chat, Lawrence was happy to listen to me. He does give his professional opinion, but is happy to work closely with the client and what their specific needs are. He is willing to take your calls throughout the day, bypassing the office staff, and having his mobile number. There were times where Lawrence had to chase the process and he did it with such professionalism, that he didn't jeopardise the sale at all. The staff are also a great support if Lawrence is not available. Their friendly manner and knowledge also makes your experience very easy. I recently bought my new home through Aubrey Lee in Prestwich. From start to end the service was totally professional, organized and as stress free as possible. I was lucky enough to have the initial viewing with Laurence Juster - what an asset to your company he is. Laurence was really well briefed about the property, answered any questions I had instantly as advised me about making a realistic and sensible offer. After my offer was accepted Laurence was ALWAYS on hand to answer any enquiries and always kept me updated - I was amazed when I received an email about 2130 at night. I was also lucky enough to my sales progression dealt with by Frankie Garvey. Again Frankie could not have been more helpful and always swiftly responded to my emails. Aubrey Lee are well respected throughout Broughton and Prestwich with good reason. Local, friendly, established and always go that extra mile for their clients.

Excellent customer service, bought a property 5 years ago with Aubrey Lee, as we live in Kent and we wanted to rent it out we let Aubrey Lee look after it . From getting us a good deal on the purchase to arranging tenants and repairs the team there have been excellent. Any work required has been arranged for a very reasonable price and completed without a problem. When we decided to sell again the team there sorted everything for us included recommending local solicitors. Thoroughly recommend this company many thanks to Toli and his team, especially Mollie. I have just started a tenancy with Aubrey Lee and from start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. There is not a fault I could say about the service I have received. Mollie and Rachael were great and kept me well updated throughout, answering all my queries and they were so on the ball and organised with everything. Thank you so much ladies ☺️ I especially liked the finishing touch of a ‘’move in gift box” when I went to collect the keys. It has quality products and offer leaflets in which have come in useful for my new home. Would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or rent. With the high standards they have it is no surprise they have been around since 1952!

I am writing this review on my partners google account. I recently let a property from Aubrey Lee and Rachael Harrison was the lady who helped me from start to end. I couldn’t of asked for a better lady to help me with my move. Nothing was too much and she never gave up on helping me with my application even though it was tricky. I moved into the property and when I arrived the fence was down only due to weather Rachael dealt with it within 48 hours to repair. So happy I settled with the estate agents even though we are over 30 miles away from the office

I am in the process of purchasing a home that was advertised with Aubrey Lee, and from the first contact I had on the telephone to arrange the viewing it has been first class…. My viewing was with a very professional agent, Mollie, whom, if I’m being honest has probably been the reason that has promoted me to writing a review for the first time in an age! Mollie has been very professional throughout, from the viewing appointment being on schedule, the actual viewing process with the relevant information, then personally dealing with my offer proposals, (which needed some negotiating) she has always replied to my calls/ emails and was always informative, absolutely first class throughout! So far this has been the best experience I've ever had with an agent! And I have dealt with a few. I am renting a property, managed by Aubrey Lee and from day one when I booked my viewing till after I moved they have been very responsive and professional. Rachel made sure the application process was completed as soon as possible, answering queries even in the evenings and over the weekend. Me and my partner have been looking for a property for the past 4 months with different agents and didn't get anywhere until we we saw a property with Aubrey Lee. A woman named Mollie Staines contacted us about a property before it was even put up on the market because she knew we was trying so hard to move out. We viewed a property before this and was let down by the landlord due to them wanting to sell instead of rent, after, this other property became available and she knew we was still looking so she considered us. Every Email we sent, she responded within 5 to 20 minutes. Every question was answered in full detail and she's been very Welcoming and helpful throughout. I've never received this level of customer service before and honestly believe she is an excellent addition to the Aubrey Lee Agents. I highly recommend asking for Mollie when it comes to getting a property because she will answer every question, anytime, even if she's on holiday or off work, she will still get back to you that same day.
