GoogleChris from Chancellors was incredibly professional and friendly - he spoke truthfully, wasn’t pushy but gave everything we needed to know when viewing properties. When selling our house I found Chancellors very professional from photos to weekly reviews. Chris actively contacted people to view our house and gave great advice about price drops, accepting offers and the like. Would highly recommend them and Chris in particular.

GoogleTravis kindly showed us around a property we’re interested in, he had knowledge of the area and the house. When asked anything he was unfamiliar with he took note and came back to us after the viewing. Really friendly and helpful the team who I spoke to, to arrange the viewing were also helpful. Keeping us updated and reminded of our appointment.

FacebookAvoid at all costs! They lie about everything and mislead people. I moved into a letting property as I was relocating for work and so was my partner. The three bedroom property was advertised as being refurbished and newly decorated. I was told it was going through further refurbishments and a new heating system was being put in. I lived 2.5 hours and decided from the photographs that were spotless that it was the right property. I had similarly done the same before in my previous rental as the pictures were true to light and never had any issues. Well this was the most disgusting property I’ve ever moved into, the property had damp and mould everywhere and stunk of it. There was no heating and we were only left with 3 small plug in heaters for a three bedroom house! Shoddy electrics, No cleaning had taken place for years and dirt all over the carpets and walls. even the door handle fell off when I put the key into the door. It was a shambles. After 9 days I had enough and moved all out belongings out and handed the keys back. My partner suffers from asthma and we had no choice but to move into my dads garage until we were able to find a suitable property which took 3 months to find. It crazy it was healthier than the house we were in, it was impossible to breath at night and we both ended up getting infections and ended up in hospital. My partner lost his job as he doesn’t drive and I was unable to take him from my dads house. I’ve been told by the neighbours they have done the same to previous tenants and they had to move out. They are massive liars and don’t listen to anything. We reported all these issues over 50+ emails and nothing got done. We are now in the process of taking them to court. I want my money back! Loss of income and removal fees and compensation for all the hassle of having to live in a garage for 3 months in suitcases and travel 140 miles per day for my new job. The whole reason I moved there in the first place. I have so much evidence it’s unreal. Looking forward to taking these guys down. Turns out they do it to everyone! Not me.

FacebookTo start on a high, the estate agent actually was very helpful. Answered any questions I had and was very kind. The issues started with communication. I was given a sales progressor who failed to give thorough updates and when they did, they were weeks after my solicitor gave me one. When I communicated this to them, they got very defensive, deflected and I was passed onto another sales progressor. No accountability taken. Again, same happened with the new progressor, slow/no updates, but I just cracked on and waited (almost pulled out at this point as I was now on the 5th month of waiting and the thought of them gaining commission on such an awful service really annoyed me). Completion day then came around, a day that is supposed to be so exciting and luckily was but only due to the people I was with. CHANCELLORS DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS OR THAT I WAS THERE TO COLLECT THE KEYS. They didn't even know about the property even though it was their listing! They turned me away and I had to wait 6 hours until my solicitor gave me the go ahead to try and collect the keys again. I came back and was pretty annoyed (rightly so) and the person who gave me the keys tried to justify the situation by telling me how bad their experience was when they first bought a property?! I literally couldn't be arsed at that point. When I finally did collect the keys, someone was still vacant in the property! Luckily they were very kind but I didn't think it was very appropriate.
I never believed it works this way, I was very doubtful about Bitcoin and all other online trading, I decided to risk an investment with Mrs. Rochelle Nelson, and i successfully made withdrawal in a week. after I saw testimonies of people on how good she is but I was very skeptical but she prove me wrong with my first trade and I'm so happy today, so I'm recommending her to everyone of you to invest with her and testify like me. FacebookMost of their properties listed on right move have already been sold. So when you phone up to enquire about it it's an utterly pointless conversation. They will tell you the reason for this is their policy is to continue to market the property until exchange of contracts should the sale fall through. No other estate agents I know of does this. I think the real reason is so that when you phone in to enquire about a property that's been sold this then gives them a sales lead.
