FacebookMost of their properties listed on right move have already been sold. So when you phone up to enquire about it it's an utterly pointless conversation. They will tell you the reason for this is their policy is to continue to market the property until exchange of contracts should the sale fall through. No other estate agents I know of does this. I think the real reason is so that when you phone in to enquire about a property that's been sold this then gives them a sales lead.

Never get a property trough Chancellors agency.
There is forum group with around 200 Bulgarian families around the area and i keep advising them never use this agency.Unprofessional continuous failure to do all task.And it's not just me 90% unhappy.What an agency why you are still on the market how?

FacebookOmg, boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year. I spoke to Sarah, Courtney and Danny the gas engineer and had the most fabulous customer service ever. Danny facetimed me (bless him- had had to look at my morning face) after Courtney called him out and explained the issue. Danny talked me through it and I fixed it in ten seconds instead of him having to come all the way out. I am so genuinely pleased with this service. Thanks for coming to work today.
