I cannot speak more highly of Simon and the team at Northwood’s. From the first meeting with Simon we felt relaxed and completely comfortable that Northwood’s would be selling our property. From the initial phonecall to begin the process of selling our home to completion Simon and the team were professional throughout. The pictures and video showed our house to perspective buyers to its true potential and the care and attention to detail was exceptional. Even on viewings Simon went out of his way to ensure our requests were adhered to especially as my wife is disabled . Despite a delay in the sale due to chain issues Simon kept us informed and again answered our questions without any fuss. The team are very friendly and knowledgable nothing it seems is too much trouble. Simon continually updated us on where we were with the sale and took all the stress out of moving home. Whenever there were holdups Simon was on the case immediately to iron out the problems and make sure things ran smoothly. My partner and I were in the process of trying to sell our house, we had several agents from Portsmouth come round and were recommended to have Simon Bell come and talk to us. From the moment he walked through the door we knew we wanted Northwood to sell our house. He was knowledgeable, professional and a real people person. He listened to what we wanted, our worries and came back with objective solutions. Most importantly he told us what he thought our house was worth! We decided that Northwood was right for us. During the process of selling, Simon and his colleagues were always updating us and keeping us in the loop. This was important to us as we had heard that many agents were hard to get hold of and just not available when we would need them the most. Each member of staff at Northwood was always approachable and always helpful. If I had to sell a house again they would be the first agent to contact, we had an amazing experience, even when things didn't always go to plan with the move! Simon always went the extra mile with us, he was chasing our sale and enquiring to keep things moving. He worked seamlessly with our mortgage broker and conveyancing solicitor which made life so much easier for us. To make things even better, their fee was comparable to other agents in the area. Awful lettings. Will never go with them again and recommend no-one else does either. They do not get anything done that needs doing around the home despite mentioning it several times during inspections and in emails. Never got to use the garden the whole time we were there. Upstairs had terrible mould and they didn't care. Avoid!!!!!!

I explained the situation and she answered all my questions and reassured me that my dad’s house will be in good hands and I was impressed with her enthusiasm for her job. I would happily recommend Northwood Estate Agents to anyone who is selling a property. My brother and I had to sell our late grandmother's house and Simon was very understanding of the fact we weren't just selling a house, but a much loved family home with many memories attached to it.
