GoogleWe had a really good experience renting a property with Northwood Portsmouth: the staff was always kind and professional, responding promptly to calls and emails. They helped us when we had some issues with the property and demonstrated a good understanding of the needs of both us and the landlord. We were really happy about the interaction we had with the property manager Anita, who was always friendly, caring and helpful.

GoogleHaving not purchased a house for a number of years, I was nervous about starting the process of purchasing. We found our new home online and contacted Simon for a viewing. From our first meeting, he was professional and calming. Our situation was complicated with us waiting for probate to sell another property. Again, nothing seemed to phase Simon and he took the lead in pushing solicitors to a date that we wanted. All in all, what is a very stressful process was handled remarkably well by Simon.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Northwood Portsmouth's sales manager Mr Bell and he made the process as smooth as possible for us and gave a lot of support which was much appreciated as it was our first sale. Northwood made us feel comfortable and handled the brochure preperation, online listings and viewings very professionally and to a high standard. GoogleTerrible attitude to the customer I booked the viewing last week for today, 15:15 for property in St. Joseph's Court, Portsmouth. At 15:10 I called the agency to confirm that someone is coming and nobody forgot about the viewing - like it happens with other agencies. The conversation was: Me: Hello, I have a viewing...Just wanted to ask if somebody will be coming? The lady on the phone: It is not 15:15 yet. It shut my mouth, I would expect at least 'oh, my colleague is on her way'. Anyway, these are just my expectations. So, yes,the agent arrived right on time (very appreciated, first agent who came on time). But whats the point of coming if the agent...didnt have the key to enter the front door. She said, she thought she has them. She didnt. So she called another agent to check if tenant is in the flat to let us in. We were standing outside, in cold, waiting for an answer. It appeared that nobody is in the flat to let us in. The agent turned to us that in this situation she will have to reschedule the viewing! Are you kidding me? We took specially day off for this viewing, coming from another city, paying for our travel to get there and to be told that the agent, whose aim of the job was to enter and show us the house - may not enter the house for pre-booked viewing. So what is the sense of your work? Wasting not only our time but your time, your petrol and whats the most surprising for me - losing customer?

I am glad to hear my colleague arrived to the appointment on time, we certainly understand your concerns with punctuality and appreciate that not all estate agents arrive on time. I apologise for the way you felt you were spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately there appears to have been a mix up with the keys my colleague had taken to the property, we are as frustrated as you that we could not access the property, this was a simple mistake but plainly one that had a big impact, for this we apologise. I would like to thank you again for taking the time to provide us with feedback, we are constantly looking to learn and evolve our business and certainly appreciate an honest opinion.
