Whenever we need to raise any maintainence issues or disucss our contract Lucy and Linda are always on hand to respond and resolve our issues/quesitons in a professional and courteous manner. They are responsive and highly knowledgeable about all things renting.

GoogleHad the pleasure with dealing with Olly / Oliver Sillett viewed property 1 day and was all done and dusted and moved in within 10 days from start to finish , very happy with the outcome and dealing with Leaders in Poole by the railway crossing, very good communication, expert advice , also never ever had a Welcome pack when we picked up keys , which contained loads of vouchers, little usable gifts, very nice and was well surprised , Thank you once again Olly , pleasure mate , all wishes for the future . GoogleWorst letting agents ever. They couldn't even be bother to pick up the phone, I was constantly chasing them to find out what to do. Each time they were useless and kept blaming someone else for not getting in touch with me sooner. No help at all, would NOT use them ever again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
