GoogleHad our time completely wasted by this agent who told us clearly that a property would be available at £1,250 a month but had not in fact agreed any such thing with their client who demanded substantially more. Yes the rent the landlord wants is shown on the listing but we only agreed to view it based on assurances from the agent that were clearly misleading. Like so many letting agents they clearly feel that people are as dishonest as they are when setting budgets and hope to just lure you in. You cannot give this industry a bad name as they already have one so this only reinforces what people already know. A complete waste of a valuable day and lost opportunities elsewhere.

GoogleA thoroughly positive experience from start to finish dealing with Oliver at Leaders. Always transparent regarding steps in the process and providing candid and honest feedback. The web based dashboard to collect information was user friendly, saved as you went so you could fill in other information later whilst always showing how far through the process you are. At the point of collecting the keys we also got a welcome pack containing mini samples (detergent etc) and welcome drinks and numerous coupons from business partners, not expected but lovely touch nonetheless. I’d have no hesitation pointing future tenants (or landlords) through Leaders.

GoogleWe have recently moved our daughter and son-in-law to a new flat through Leaders in Poole. We have found the services of Oliver and Jake to be absolutely top drawer. We cannot praise them highly enough for their efficiency and diligence. We would have no hesitation in recommending their guidance through the lettings market to anyone. Thank you so much. We would also like to commend Maud for her outstanding service on the property management side. She has always been very efficient and understanding and willing to sort problems out. GoogleMoved into a house with Leaders recently and the process was quick and simple. The Home Guide was very friendly and helpful when we viewed the house, and the Property Manager that looked after us during our time there was brilliant at keeping us informed regarding any maintenance and speaking with the landlord on our behalf. At the end of the tenancy our deposit was returned in very short order, with no fuss. Very pleased overall!

GoogleHi I am a tenant with leaders. A gas safety engineer was supposed to come today between 8-12am from three six maintainance. The appointment was confirmed with me yesterday by email. After waiting for 3 hours, I called up leaders maintenance on and spoke to to Alicia who said that she will call up three six maintenance and come back to me. A lady from three six maintenance called me. She said that the gas safety managed has been missing in action for the last few days. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to inform me that they will not be coming if they knew he was not working. The least they could do is inform me. It’s clear they don’t value my time. I called up leaders maintenance and the lady at the desk connected me to Alicia again. Of course I’m not happy with the poor service given to me today making me lose my days work and not even being informed that the gas safety engineer will not be coming. Alicia said that I am not listening and she feels that this call is not going anywhere and hung up on me while I was still talking. I am expected to accept that no one bothers to value my time while she doesn’t even want to address my grievance. Overall a very poor experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Since Ellie Tripp took over as Property Manager earlier this year, I've been particularly happy with the service provided. She deals with queries and problems in an efficient, professional and timely manner, and shows great understanding of my concerns as a landlord. For example, last week a problem arose that needed urgent attention. Ellie arranged for it to be investigated and resolved in just a few days, after agreeing a solution with me, the tenant and the contractor fixing the problem. GoogleI rented a house through the Poole office, Mike Kunzi was excellent. He was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way through the letting process. He has excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your company. Not the cheapest agent to rent with but the service makes up for the cost. There were zero problems with moving in as everything was on schedule and professionally managed.

Maud Craven in particular is very thorough and personable and manages the properties very effectively. She is always helpful and I am confident that the properties are in good hands. GoogleI have been with Leaders for years, the service has always been excellent. Last week I was talking to my wife's letting agents (not local and not leaders) and outlined that the service he gives my wife in comparison to the service Ms Tripp gives me. I pointed out that I have never had to visit the property since I inherited it from my parents, over 10 years ago. If there is ever an issue I am told, and also given the options to resolve, I chose the option and the issue is resolved. I would recommend Ms Tripp. She gets 5* ps.
