Leader Fox recently helped me sell my house in what I think must be record time. From offer to exchange and completion took 30 days and that included Christmas and New Year! They produced a high quality online brochure, even though my house wasn't a high value property. In fact, it needed quite a bit of work, but they really succeeded in showing its potential. For that reason, they attracted a buyer who was ready to do the deal. Leader Fox is a really professional estate agent in my opinion and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Leader Fox successful sold my house and made it possible for us to secure our new home in time, which was starting to feel impossible. We had a chain of 7 in total from all different areas over England and we managed to exchange in just over 8 weeks. It really helps that Leader Fox have an after sales employee who continually chases for you and regularly gives updates on progress, you always feel kept in the picture. I really feel the professional photos and video clip of the house is a fantastic marketing technique and fits well with the social media advertising that's used a lot these days. I believe this was a key factor in getting interest on the property and the offer we wanted. Thanks again to everyone at Leader Fox, we couldn't be happier!
