Leader and co have been fantastic

Ryan at leader & co has been a fantastic help and is very professional! He helped me rent my property out and start with the sale of my house. In both instances he's done everything with in his power to make mine and my family's life easy. He's always been available to talk through any issues or concerns we've had and should there have been a problem he was quick to resolve it! His service is commendable and I would highly reccomend him and his company to anyone!

When looking for an estate agent in the Poole area, its much like life, with so many possible options, some decisions can be poor, like choosing countrywide solicitors and some can be good, like choosing a professional team at a highliy rated local estate agency to sell your property. That said, I correctly made the latter decision in choosing leader fox, so save yourself the hunt and just do as i did and pop down to Ashley Cross to speak to the friendly and approchable team in their modern Commercial Road office. From a sales team that makes positive recommendations on marketing, financing and solicitors (which you should probably listen too) all the way through to weekly updates from their in house 'chaser' Stephanie who chased all parties every step of the way. A totally flawless experience, would do again 10/10, and when looking for a property when i next look in the area i know who i will be using. Hint, its leader fox. p.s. they even gave me a small hamper on completion from a lovely local company!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We recently sold our property through the team at Leader Fox and we are so happy that we chose them! We have sold several properties in the past through other estate agents and there has often been a lack of passion and lacklustre marketing. Not at a Leader Fox! Their property photos are far superior to other estate agent and the 3D virtual tour is fantastic! The communication through the whole process has been 10 out if 10 but most of all, the honesty and Integrity that is present in this company is something you’ll search long and hard to find in this day and age. On our first meeting with Leader Fox we were impressed with how organised and clear they were with their sales approach, particularly when compared to another agent we had just seen. We liked what they said they were going to do, and then they did it. Despite a couple of problems with our property that came to light upon the buyer's survey, they were always there for us, even out of hours, and we really felt that they were doing their best to achieve a sale at the best possible price. We particularly liked the WhatsApp group for communication so all of the team could see what was going on at all times. I had a very low opinion of estate agents in general before dealing with Leader Fox but our experience with them was amazing. We had an offer accepted on our dream house but needed to find a buyer for our house and clsoe within six weeks - a very difficult task! During the initial stages they were very accommodating with last minute viewings, despite the difficulties surrounding the pandemic restrictions. Estate agents often have a bad press. And quite frankly, some do bring it on themselves. But I must say that my wife and I were impressed with Leader Fox. Although they were selling on behalf of the client we were buying from, they still ooked after us right up to completion. And not only that, we've had post-sale customer care as well. Once to check we were settled in ok and a call from Katie the manager today to wish us Merry Christmas. Gestures like that mean a lot. Knowing what we do now, we would have gone to Leader Fox to sell our property for us. If you're looking to sell your property, I recommend you make Leader Fox your first port of call.
