Where do I start? We didn’t have the best selling and buying experience due to sales falling through, Covid etc.. but I can say we had a great experience using Katiefox as our estate agents. They are legends! From start to finish they were there. George amazingly sold our house in a few hours- once, twice, three times! Stephanie, she is an absolute diamond and how she does her job and keeps sane I do not know. She deals with really rude people but remains so professional. She kept us sane! Her constant reassurance and support we are so thankful for. We had a long journey but we got there, thanks to these guys. I couldn’t thank them enough. We absolutely recommend them! Thank you 😊

We have used Leader Fox for several years now to rent out our properties in Bournemouth. Their service as letting agents has always been outstanding, and their charges highly competitive. We live overseas, so good service is critically important. Before we started using Leader Fox, we suffered from horrendously poor service from well-known agents in the Bournemouth area and finding Leader Fox was an enormous relief. A few months ago, we decided to sell one of our properties and chose to give our business again to Leader Fox. Although we had never used them as.a sales agent before, we did not want to risk going anywhere else. They sold the property for a very good price in just a couple of weeks and - very importantly - then kept on top of our solicitor and also the buyer’s solicitor throughout the contract process to ensure a very swift and problem-free completion. A very painless experience for a very good price. There is simply no comparison between Leader Fox and the well-known businesses I would love to name and shame here. I would not dream of using any other agent in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Our Baiter flat had been listed for almost a year with other local estate agents and although we had viewings there wasn't a single offer. Ryan came to view our home and we instantly felt at ease, he was easy to chat to and not the stereotypical pushy/smarmy estate agent like we'd been dealing with at other agencies. Unlike other agents we had professional photographer come to take the listing photos and this made a huge difference. Ryan secured viewings for us within days and we had our first offer. A few weeks later we accepted an offer just below our asking price and Ryan was so patient and helpful when our exchange became delayed. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough and we will definitely be back when we decide to sell again.

Excellent, friendly and hassle free service for house sale

Ryan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. After taking initial instructions, my property was up online in no time. Ryan arranged for a professional photographer to take the pictures, which made our place look really great! It his attention to detail which makes him stand out from others. I received regular updates on the progress of negotiations. When you are busy it is such a comfort to know he is on top of things. He came up with a great marketing idea for my property too. He arranged an open day that helped me to achieve the price I wanted. I never felt like just another client but as a valued part of his business.
