We’ve recently sold our house with the support of the amazing team at Leader Fox! What can we say, other than brilliant.... In what can (and has previously been) a stressful process, Katie, Stephanie and team provided an outstanding service. From the outset right the way through to completion, we were impressed with their clear communication, that they were always at the end of the phone to help move things forward and always happy to provide advice and support (both on our sale and purchase). Not once did we feel like a number or a sales target, they genuinely made it an easy experience. They only booked viewings with people genuinely interested and able to make genuine offers on the house, which was really positive and refreshing. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using their services again (but hopefully not for a few years)!

Katie and Ryan spent considerable time showing me a number of properties, I visited one quite a few times, and did not once push me to make up my mind (as I experienced with another agent). During the purchase going through, there were quite a few issues with my mortgage company being unhappy with the property and also the sellers' agent being extremely slow/unresponsive, however Katie handheld each issue through to resolution. It was a relief knowing someone was there to help - and I didn't have to ask once, she was on it! Through their network of independent agents, Katie and Ryan were able to recommend a lettings agent in the London area, who now fully manages my property there (who I am equally over the moon with!). Katie and Ryan are a breath of fresh air to their industry - I can't recommend them enough!

Would defiantly recommend! When ever we need something to be sorted even if it’s just the littlest of things, they are always on top of things for me & my partner with in such a short period of time and always let us know the outcome! Very helpful & even such caring people! From the day my partner & I moved into our first home together, everyone at leader fox ESPECIALLY Vicky has done such a perfect job for us to be happy!! Well where do I start? The team at Leader Fox are amazing, we were shown our new home by Ryan, who wasn’t just an estate agent, he’s the Director if Leader Fox. You could see and hear the passion in his voice for his job, it wasn’t about getting people into a building, it was about matching up a family with their new loving home. We were kept in constant communication by Stephanie who was just lovely. Our purchase was drawn out for about 6 months due to unforeseen complications however nothing seemed too much for Stephanie. She was chasing up on information on a daily basis and keeping in regular contact with us too. Through this whole process which many will say is one of the most stressful things you can do, the team at Leader Fox really bend over backwards to make sure they can relieve you of this burden. I would 100% recommend Leader Fox to anyone buying or selling a house. Not only do I say this as a very happy homeowner but as the buyer, I had such a high level of excellent customer services, even though I wasn’t actually their customer, that was the seller. If this extremely high level of care and service is provided to me as a buyer, if we ever decide to sell or buy again, we’re definitely coming back to Leader Fox! Ryan and Stephanie, thank you so much for all of your help and support!

We were lucky enough to buy and sell through Leaderfox Estate Agents. We were so impressed with the professionalism and refreshing approach when viewing several properties, we quickly moved estate agents to market our own property with Leaderfox. With our sale we had regular viewings, even through expected quiet times and were kept updated with feedback after each viewing. Once we received and accepted an offer, we were then able to offer on a property also marketed with Leaderfox. Stephanie was fantastic at liaising between our buyer's, both solicitors and our seller's. The process was longer than we had hoped it would be (through no fault of Leaderfox) but we know the team worked so hard, on our behalf, to ensure we exchanged and completed with minimal delay and stress. We really can't recommend their services enough, and whether you are buying or selling you should definitely make contact with Leaderfox! A big thank you to all the team!

Leader fox were brilliant from the moment Ryan came to value the property we knew the service we were going to get would be good. When taking the photos of the property they went the extra mile to make sure that they really reflected our property and the potential it has. Which after a couple if bad experiences with other agents was refreshing to see. Katie was brilliant at feeding back to us after each viewing and then once a sale was agreed, Katie kept in touch throughout to keep us updated on the sale. When we are sitting in our new apartment in Sydney we will be holding a toast to the whole team at leader fox for helping us on our emigration journey.

Leader and Co acted for the recent sale of our property. They found a buyer immediately (first couple to view) and kept us updated every step of the way. Despite a few (inevitable) delays, Ryan and the team went well above and beyond the call of duty at all times (even contacting us from an annual holiday abroad) to chase solicitors and buyers and to make the process as painless as possible. I can honestly say we have never has an Estate Agent who has worked so hard on our behalf. Can't recommended highly enough.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! We went with them because we think they do the best listings (great pictures, 3D walk-arounds, etc) and we’ve always liked anyone we’ve met from the agency (George was our agent, he’s great!) but they were even better than expected! I love that you get a WhatsApp group chat with the team, the photographer was a really nice guy, they were transparent throughout and got a fair price for the property. We’ll be using them again one day!
