I have let my flat through Ryan and his team for almost 10 years, it has been such a fantastic experience. Ryan looks after his landlords and tenants incredibly well. He is excellent at communication, he is prompt, knowledgable, and goes the extra mile time after time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service, the best in the industry. I don’t live locally so having Ryan and his team manage my property is hugely reassuring.

From our first meeting with Katie at Leader Fox we felt we had chosen the right estate agents to sell our family home of 40 years. It was a difficult time for my brother and I, yet the team at Leader Fox made it as smooth and as hassle free as possible. The whole team are very professional but also manage to be incredibly friendly and make you feel like you and your house sale really matter to them personally. The WhatsApp group, the Matterport and the great website are such positive points for this estate agents too. It made us feel we had chosen the top of the range company! From the get go, the team at Leader Fox have been passionate and enthusiastic about selling our property. This year, being in and out of lockdown was a massive hurdle, but being given the all clear to proceed with house sales, plus the bonus of the government initiative for buyers regarding stamp duty, massively helped launch our home. They were realistic with the pricing and their communication was excellent. Always on hand via our tailored Whatsapp group to answer and issues and very proactive with contacting solicitors and other people in the chain. George and Stephanie were instrumental in their efforts to getting things done quickly. We have now completed and moved today and so thankful that this was all able to take place before Christmas. As a buyer moving from London to Dorset, I worried about the distance being a problem - especially with lockdown, restrictions and ever-changing government guidelines! The Leader Fox team’s photography, particulars/ descriptions and virtual tour features made it really easy for me to know that the house ticked all the boxes before I travelled down to view it. Ryan first spoke to me about the house and told me its history, he showed me around before handing over to Stephanie. She’s always one step ahead and kept me updated at every single stage - I really appreciated the friendly check in calls in-between milestones too. I cannot thank you enough Stephanie for helping to take the stress out of this for me. I wholeheartedly trusted that the team had my best interests in mind and they were nothing but forthcoming and honest from day one. We're glad we chose a house through LeaderFox. From our first viewing with George he was polite and professional and at hand to provide any information and answer queries we had , also including a 2nd viewing at short notice when I contacted him. We also can't thank Stephanie enough for her help and guidance throughout the process, we were in a situation where our tenancy ended and there were complications with the solicitors side of things which slowed things down Stephanie was caring and sympathetic doing everything she could to get things moving and most importantly keeping in regular contact with us helping with advice and even resolving our storage situation. We got there in the end and moved in slightly earlier than we should have all thanks to Stephanie, we're now settled in our cosy new home and we couldn't be happier. Leader fox are indeed a agent not to trusted in my experience. I have tried for 3/4 weeks to view a property and was indeed met with a barrage of lies. George was very uncooperative to say the least and for 2 /3 weeks have me the run around. I then stopped dealing with him and dealt with Stephanie instead who is much more professional in her approach however because this fantastic company is so well organised it could not manage to do an AM booking for us to view the property due to the fact George was off sick hence she ( Stephanie ) could not accommodate an early viewing or help us in any way . The house owner a lady in the middle of a divorce was unwilling to show on her own ( understandable ) hence as possible buyers we decided to walk away . I vowed never again to contact or have any dealings with such people who waste time and are not above board in disclosing important facts which would make the decision to stop or proceed
