Katie and her team are first class. We didn't have the easiest journey with accepted offers being withdrawn, going off the market and coming back on and many emails and messages going back and forth. But Katie, Kerry, Jasmine, Jack, Chanel and Emma were exceptionally patient, positive and very helpful whenever we needed them. Navigating us through a very challenging market was no easy task, but they did it with ease. Would not hesitate to recommend Katie and her team at all. 😁

The viewings were professionally arranged and conducted by George and Katie, even during a challenging year with all the additional restrictions in place. After a disappointing fall through (totally outside of their control) the team kept positive and were able to secure another offer within a week which amazingly completed in 20 working days. Selling our house through Leader Fox has been a dream throughout! After having multiple valuations from other estate agents, George came round & gave us a realistic but still higher valuation on our house. He was able to clearly back it up with facts & figures & with being at the higher end of the price bracket, it certainly required a lot of hard work from him to achieve. Within 6 weeks, George had obtained us a really good price on our house (other estate agents said they would’ve been happy with £10-20k less)! We’re really impressed with how professional George was & how he was able to convey the luxury of our house to future buyers. He was so thorough & we always felt he had our best interest at heart too! Once our sale was agreed we had weekly updates from Stephanie which has been invaluable, she’s so thorough, consistent & it’s relaxing knowing you’re not having to chase your estate agents. Sometimes in life you come across a local business who happen to really care about their clients and genuinely want the best possible outcomes for them. We were fortunate enough to meet with Katie about a year before we decided to put our property on the market.
