Sadly we lost a buyer at the last minute and although it was very stressful, being able to talk to someone at Leader Fox helped immensely. All the team are great, however Steph always being on hand to help and answer any questions we had really helped our sanity! Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.

She couldn't have been more helpful or persistent during an incredibly protracted sale that went on for 9 months. GoogleMy rental experience was awful from start to finish! Countless problems in fact too many to list but all in an overpriced rental not fit for purpose! Ignored until I took further steps then they sprang into action but most of the problems still not rectified before I left! A bad experience that left me very angry !!
Dear Debbie I am sorry you feel that the property was overpriced and not fit for purpose. This wasn't the opinion shared by the council after you raised a complaint or the new tenants who snapped up the property when it became available. If by ignored, you mean personally attending to the property to visit you, providing you with my mobile number and acting as a verbal punchbag on more than one occasion then I'm afraid we'll have to agree to disagree on this point too. I did, however, appreciate your texts apologising to me at the time. I am the first to hold my hands up and say there were definitely instances were we could have done better. We are by no means perfect but we are a caring, hard working bunch who always try to do the right thing... as evidenced in the many reviews we receive. I hope you are happier in your new home and wish you all the best for the future. Ryan
