Given the fact that not too long ago you had knocked on my door at 11pm as you had locked yourself out waking up my 5 year old twins in the process and I did my best to make calls and gain you access I am bitterly disappointed to read this review. Especially given the fact we do not even manage your property!
You need to speak with your landlord or contact the DPS directly.
I also respectfully request you remove this review as it quite clearly not a fair reflection of the service received by LeaderFox.

FacebookWe had a dreadful time buying through this agent -
House buying and selling is stressful especially during a pandemic. This agents ‘professional standards’ have proved appalling. We bought a house that this agent were renting for their client..... the agent promised us a deep clean, not necessary in usual circumstances but certainly in a pandemic where we are all supposed to be preventing the spread of a deadly virus, fairly essential..... also fairly essential at the end of a tenancy agreement. Apparently Leader Fox conducted a tenancy checkout...... but missed the disgusting oven, the grime on the shower, the finger marks over every light switch, the guinea pig cage mess that filled the bins. .... and that’s just the beginning. (We had to pay for a skip to get rid of the household rubbish and furniture that was left)
If you are considering renting from these agents- make sure you get a deep clean, also beware that they will promise you ‘it will be taken care of’ and do precisely nothing. If you are thinking of selling through them- DONT!-they have no safety standards or -
at least ensure that you are there when people traipse around your home with no masks, touching your stuff.... if you have found your dream home through them- good luck and make sure you have a good solicitor.

We arranged to view a house being sold by Leader Fox. We turned up at the appointed time but no-one was there. I phoned their office, and was told the appointment had only been pencilled in and not confirmed. As I'm not telepathic, this was not much help. I was told that they would rearrange the appointment and get back to me. I haven't heard anything from them since.
With this level of ineptitude, I certainly wouldn't sell my house through them. Nothing puts a potential buyer off more than discourtesy of this standard.
