GoogleTerrible service, no communication, really lack of care I was renting a house Peter Alan managed but ended up managing my own property because they shared my number with tenant waste of money avoid!!!!! Would give no stars if possible

GoogleTerrible business, went to view a property, loved it, went to pay the relevant fees and was then told we weren’t able to because they wanted someone else to view the property and then told the next day they were letting the other people view it. Our working family and money obviously isn’t good enough for this company

When you booked the appointment we discussed the Open House event which was being held the following day and that, at the landlord’s request, this would still be taking place even if you booked your viewing for the day before. As there were several tenants who all wanted this property, following your viewing and the open house, it came down to the landlord’s decision and unfortunately in this case they chose another tenant. We can assure you that we always strive to do the best for our tenants and landlords. GoogleWell after dealing with a few very disappointing estate agents around the area of which I’d avoid in the future!! Me and my partner found these guys! And especially one guy called Ben! He took us on a tour of the Surrounding areas and showed us so many houses that he thought would suit us and boom he came up trumps! Honestly to anyone looking for a house to rent or buy in the area go to these guys and ask for Ben as he’ll more than certainly get you the perfect place!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI went to see Mark Wilton prior to COVID regarding getting a mortgage as a first time buyer, and he was very thorough. What I'd say puts him above and beyond is that throughout the last 18 months he has kept in touch with me and offered updates and insights as to what is happening, even once his "part" was completed. Most of this was prior to having received even a penny from me, and he put in the offer for the house for me on his day off. He was both my first and last point of contact in regards to buying my first home and has been the most reliable and responsive person I have met on this journey. GoogleAbsolutely shocking experience with Peter Alan Pontypridd. Do not recommend to anyone. Breached my confidentiality discussing my tenancy with other people. They have caused a lot of problems for me and still have not apologised.
